  • Exceptional property, rent with confidence

"Exactly as advertised. Owner are very easy to work with. Home is actually larger than I thought it would be from pictures. Location is great, would love to come back during the ski season to take advantage of the location and direct mountain access. When in town check out the No Name Saloon and come hungry, food is great."

  • Perfect location to ski at Park City. A few minutes walk to lifts.

"Property is in a great location, can sleep up to 8 people, perfect for a family with several kids staying upstairs with the shared bath and adults downstairs in master. Kitchen is well equipped, unit is well stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable."

  • Great Condo and Location.

"We again stayed at 3 Kings for our annual week in Park City. The condo and location were perfect for our family, including and 8 and 6 year old. They love the skiing and the hot tub. The bus is right out the door and the first time chair is a short walk. Chris was once again an outstanding host. He even replaced our lost key within an hour--saving lots of panic. We all look forward to returning in 2017."

  • Perfect Place for Summer Mountain Biking

"My family of four (with two teenagers) had a wonderful week here in June. The condo was the perfect home-base for cycling many of the fabulous single-track trails throughout the Park City area. The location was ideal—right at the base of Park City mountain, within walking distance to downtown, and with a bus stop right outside to take you to many local destinations (buses are free!). The condo was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable; the rooms looked just like in the photos. It was a great place to unwind and relax at the end of each day’s adventure. There are two great bike shops a few blocks away, both with good customer service and advice about good trails to ride. We brought our own bikes, but there are many local places that offer rentals. There is also a big grocery store nearby (about a 10 minute walk). The owner Howard was very helpful in responding to my questions before the trip. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back one day!"
