  • A wonderful place to stay

"The condo was exactly as described although I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. The unit came fully equipped with fresh linens/sheets and all kitchen amenities for cooking/dining in. There was even coffee supplies by the coffee maker and fresh toiletries in the bath, just like a hotel. The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful as we arrived late in the evening and an alternate method for key pickup was arranged. The unit has a fireplace in the den as well as wifi and a smart TV . There was even a selection of books and DVDs provided. The condo is about a five minute walk on a private road to the slope where you can ski down (less than a minute) to the the "First Time" lift and get all across the mountain. Coming home, there is about a 50 foot walk up the slope (the one you ski down) to the drive. All in all was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend!!!"

  • Great Family Ski Trip

"We rented for the week of Feb 12th. We were 2 families (4 each). PRO: * Easy access to ski slopes. A simple 5 min walk and you are on your skis (recommend eagle to reach upper mountain right away or 3 kings to go to PCMR base ) * Easy access to the downtown bus * Condo has everything you need, and we truly enjoyed the wood fireplace and hot tub * The bedroom with the bunk beds is a kid paradise * Adult bedrooms are very good size and comfortable CON: * Light sleepers might be affected by the noise from people in the condo above. This is a perfect location for hard core skiers as well as people who want to chill and relax and enjoy the city. I would recommend the condo for a trip to Park City"

  • Fantastic Property!!

"I will preface this review by saying I always do a ton of research when selecting accommodations for an out of town trip, whether it is a hotel or a rental property. This trip was particularly tough because I had never been to the area before. After deciding to pursue the rental avenue, this one definitely stood out as far as value for the money. The great thing was that once we got there, we were really able to appreciate the other things like how incredibly comfortable and beautiful the place was and the prime location of the property itself!! The location makes you feel as if you are part of a private little oasis...there is a ski shop, restaurant and a lift within a few minute walk of the house. You can even literally finish the day with a run that dumps you at the door step! The last day of our vacation we ended the day at the main Park City ski area, and took a free city bus directly to the bus stop that drops you to the back of the rental. As far as amenities, we found the house to be beyond well stocked...even just little things like spices, paper towels, laundry detergent and good knives!!! Towels were plentiful...always nice when there is a hot tub! Lastly, we had a few random questions throughout the process, and during our stay...Bo was not only super responsive and helpful, but also eager to help us with resources completely independent of the property....making us feel like he was as concerned about us enjoying Park City as he was the property itself. I truly can't say enough about this beautiful property...is was perfect!!"

  • Great Place in Park City

"Powder Paradise was the perfect place for our New Year's trip to Park City. We had two families, including four kids. This house had everything we needed and plenty of room. The house was nicely furnished and well-stocked with essential household items. The owner was super easy to deal with in getting the reservation and information about the house. Ski-out was very easy, however, ski-in was a little uphill walk with the terrain park closed. Other reviews made a big deal of this, but with all the positives this was not an issue."
