Recent North, Old Town reviews

  • Great location and great view of PCMR. Right across the street and easy walk.

"Condo was in a great location - right across the street/parking lot from PCMR. The condo had everything we needed and was furnished nicely. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs loft/bedroom was perfect for my teenagers. We walked to Main Street one day (less than a mile) and took the free snow bus back which drops you right in the back of the condo. Thanks to Debi (the owner) - we had a little issue with the Wifi, but she was very responsive and fixed it right away. We would definitely rent this condo again."

  • Perfect

"I don't usually leave reviews but this was the first time I've used a rental service like this. Marks place is perfect in terms of location. The complex itself is well taken care of, parking is easy, and we met a lot of nice people in the hot tub. The place itself is in great shape, gas fireplace, updated kitchen, and I'm pretty sure the bathroom floors were heated, no complaints from the person that slept on the pullout couch, everything was clean, and a big thanks for the turn around as we arrived pretty early. The complex is super convenient to PCMR (literally across the street), the bus (though we opted to walk everywhere), downtown and other shopping areas. If I ever head back to PC I'll definitely be checking the availability of Marks place."

  • Great place for skiing and relaxing out of the hubbub.

"We loved time here--easy walk to the lift, quiet part of town, good space with a well stocked kitchen for families that want to cook! Thanks for the spices and great coffeemaker, appliances, etc. State of the art. Lots of room for sleepers but mattresses need replacing-uff."

  • Great Location, Comfortable Digs

"This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price. As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties. The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again."
