  • Strategically located

"I stayed for 2 weeks with 5 nights of that shared with 2 other adults. Plenty of space and very efficient kitchen to accommodate breakfasts and some dinners. Perfect location to either walk or bus to PCMR. Walk to grocery and liquor stores. Walk or bus to town. In unit laundry more than compensated for no dishwasher. Owner provideo wood for the fireplace and the on balcony storage closet was great for stashing skis and large suitcases. Parking in the lot super easy, but a car is not really needed. Noise from deck stairs partially addressed by a white noise machine. Special touches, coffee, tea, spices in the cupboard and extra requests accommodated made for a very homey and comfortable stay. Highly recommended."

  • Perfect location, clean, well appointed and comfortable

"Location, location, location -- you can actually stand on the balcony, enjoy the great view and wave to friends on the slopes. You can walk to the slopes or jump on the convenient free buses that stop right beside the condo. Our family of 4 did not rent a car and frequently took the short bus ride into historic Park City for dinner and entertainment. The condo was roomy and our teenagers had plenty of room to hang with the family or retreat to rest and enjoy the wifi. The condo was very clean and had all amenities we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the location of the condo was very quiet. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub every day after skiing. We will definitely stay again in this condo. Patti was great with advice about Park City."

  • Great Location, Comfortable Digs

"This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price. As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties. The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again."

  • Park City Vacation

"Whether you are there for skiing, MTB, hiking, or just relaxing, the location of this property is prime!! You walk across the street to the Park City Resort area where there is everything from downhill skiing in the winter, MTB, and a great bobsled for the younger ones in the summer!! An amusement park on the side of a mountain. The property had plenty of room for myself, grandson, and 2 bikes. Everything was there that we needed for all our meals, except for the food itself. Joseph was very helpful in getting us in a few hours earlier as not to have to load & unload our gear. Wifi worked perfectly as it kept my grandson gaming in the downtime. plenty of drawers and closet for storage & getting clothes out of the way. Would highly recommend this property if you just want to park the car, and never start it back up until you are ready to leave. The city bus transportation is free & will take you about everywhere you would want to go in the valley. We will certainly try to obtain this property on our next trip to Park City!!"
