  • Great Location, Comfortable Digs

"This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price. As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties. The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again."

  • Very convenient with all amenities

"We really enjoyed our stay at this small one bedroom condo. A nice view of Park City and very convenient to Main street and Deer Valley with bus stops right outside. Plenty of Parking. We used the hot tub everyday. Thanks."

  • Location! Location! Location!

"Walk to the slopes. Walk to the supermarket. Walk to Main St/downtown PC. In real estate, it's all about the location. Bus access is just as easy, if walking isn't your thing. Nice pool and hot tub. The kids liked the loft. Plenty of firewood and cookware/pots/pans. Microwave popcorn and hot chocolate were already in the cabinets, as well as plastic bags for food storage and reusable shopping bags for groceries. Kristian was very responsive to my initial rental inquiries and follow up emails. Not an elevator building. The unit was a good value; we were in town to ski not spend time in the condo. If you are really into mountain decor and interior design, this may not be your ideal home away from home, but for access to all that Park City has to offer, you can't beat Snowcrest 308."

  • Great little condo with perfect location

"Condo is literally right across the street from the Park City ski area parking lot, which you merely have to cross to get to lifts in the morning. Condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. Perfect for 2 people or a small family. Fold out couch/bed was quite comfortable. We were cold the first night, but we then figured out how to work the electric wall heaters. Fabulous stay with lots of wonderful skiing! Oh, and owner was great too. He sent all the info we needed ahead of time, had the unit ready for us when we arrived and was very accommodating about check out so that we could get in one last bit of skiing."
