  • Nice condo to stay in, and really close to the Park City Mtn Resort!

"My #1 favorite reason for staying in this unit is how close you are to accessing the mtn. It seemed to be as close as 100 ft., at most a 30 second walk once you step off the back patio. Other pluses: - pool is about 98 degrees in sub-freezing outdoor temps, and hot tub around 102-104 degrees. - plenty of cooking utensils, also in good condition. - shelf of condiments in the refrigerator if you're brave or trusting enough. -comes with spice rack and salt/pepper if you like to cook own meals - working ice maker in freezer, bin full when we arrived. - very clean on arrival - beds were comfortable with clean linens. - couch you just sink into. - underground parking space with luggage and shopping carts to transport luggage and groceries. - less than five minutes to grocery and liquor stores. - 4-10 minutes to dining, anything from fast food to fancy feasts There wasn't much I had to complain about, but are a few sub-par items: - BBQ works, although a bit dated, and did eventually cook our steaks in 20 degree temps.( owner forwarned of this, but may want to upgrade) - elevators are a little slow and often times we had to press the "door open/door close" when we realised it wouldn'tdo it on it's own. - No movie channels on cable. There is access, via Bluray Player, to Youtube, Netflix, Vudu and more if you have an account to sign into. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. Compared to a much fancier place I've stayed at Lake Tahoe, I was really happily surprised at the kitchen amenities. They even had a garlic press! They could supply more shot glasses also. I would stay here again."

  • Perfect winter vacation

"Thank you for making our stay a great one! The condo was exactly like the pictures and this made a our stay both homely and very comfortable. Everything was ready for us early and Brittany was very responsive with any questions we had. Perfect Ski in and ski out location. The campos (Aussie Coffee) shop at park city was great for coffee and supermarket within walking distance. From lockers to Hot tub, comfortable beds to clean condo, I could not fault it. Great stay!!"

  • Very comfortable and tastefully updated place

"We stayed at this studio condo and were very impressed by the amazing upgrades done and the additional space the 2 bunk beds provided for our small kids. The fold out murphy bed is probably as comfortable or more comfortable than my personal bed. The unit was impeccably clean upon our arrival. It had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the folders instant coffee with something a bit more tasty. The complex is very quiet and the unit has an amazing amount of privacy. Its a short >2 mins to the pool and jacuzzi. Our kids really liked splashing around in the 4 leaf clover-shaped pool but wished it had been deeper than 3'. The unit is literally right next to the ski lift. We stayed in summer and what a luxury to hop on our bikes and be at the Jenni's trailhead in 3 minutes! Its also a short walk to all the other fun summer activities at the PCMR base such as bungee jumping and the alpine slide. We did not take the bus but we did bike to Main St. several times. The best route is to go directly east across Park Ave. and connect to the bike path. Its very pleasant and avoids all traffic which can be heavy during the summer. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you Mike!"

  • Family of 4- Best Christmas Ever!

"My family of 4 spent (children ages 4 and 6) spent Christmas here. Unit was clean and well designed to maximize space and storage. Very cozy and warm. Extremely convenient location. We were able to ski during day and ice skate by night. Close location allowed us to save money by skiing straight to the locker room door for lunch and then jumping back on slopes in afternoon. Torchlight parade and sled ride was awesome. Best of all is that owner is very responsive. They even purchased us a slow cooker since the unit did not have one. Definitely a place we will try to return to."
