  • Everything you could want... and more!

"I've stayed at many, many ski rentals in Park City and think that this is at the top of the list! This unit is conveniently situated within walking distance to grocery stores and the downtown Park City scene of restaurants, bars, and shops. It also is just a short walk to base area lifts. If you are wearing your ski boots to go directly to a lift and prefer not to walk, you can also opt to take the free town bus that stops at the lobby door. This unit has a magnificent view of the Park City runs as well as a lovely wooded golf course. One thing often lacking in a rental is an adequate seating area for apres ski get together. Not so with this unit! The living room is perfect-- enough very comfortable seating for at least six adults. A large flat screen TV and gas fireplace lend to the ambiance of the condo. The unit is very nicely decorated--- reminds me a bit of Tuscany with its warm color scheme---was refreshing not to see the usual ski posters and moose pictures (although live moose showed up near the pool daily!) The very adequate kitchen and dining area open to the living room. Another thing unique to this unit is how large the two bedrooms are--- almost like two masters with their own very large bathrooms. The unit also overlooks a terrific hot pool/spa. Underground parking, ski lockers, and a common laundry room complete the list of amenities. Davina, the condo owner, was the most hospitable host I've ever worked with--- she is easily contacted and bent over backwards to make our stay great! Don't hesitate to rent this unit!"

  • Excellent stay in prime position for Park City ski resort!

"Our family of 6 (4 teenagers) had a fabulous stay over Christmas 2016 in this condo. It was much larger than I imagined, with plenty of room in the living room for hanging out and relaxing. The beds were comfortable (so important) and the bath towels were super soft and large (also important!). I was concerned we had to share a hot-tub with all of the condo's, however we never had to wait to use either of the hot-tubs and never had to share with strangers. We spent every evening, after skiing all day, in the hot-tub for an extended length of time, and never had to get out to make way for other people - it was like they were our own private tubs :) There was a selection of slip on shoes provided in the entrance for the short walk to the hot-tub - we were grateful for this as we did not think about that! There was plenty of spare linen and blankets in the condo and even soap, shampoo and laundry/dishwashing detergent (which is not always provided). There was even a kettle for boiling water for hot drinks other than coffee (again, something most VRBO houses do not provide). The entrance to the condo was roomy for all of our ski gear and Apres boots - plenty of hanging space for snow gear also. A large drying rack for clothes was also very handy. The walk to the ski resort was just up the hill (not as bad as it sounds) and just a short walk down the hill to the bus stop to get to Main St (very quick trip) or the local supermarket - which was stocked with everything you need at good prices. Both were also walking distance, which we did a few times when we couldn't be bothered waiting for the bus. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. It was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay great. We hope to be back again and this is the first place I will look to book. Thanks Heidi!"

  • Incredible lodge/mansion for reasonable price!

"This 6 bedroom home is incredibly beautiful! The neighbor at the barn is very nice and friendly. Make sure u can drive in slippery conditions if u don't have 4wd. There's a stretch where you'll need to go quick downhill to get up the slopes."

  • Comfort and Amenities Well Beyond Expectations!!

"Just spent a week in this gorgeous home for Sundance and skiing. The furnishings are spectacular! The layout is tremendous! The kitchen and open layout on the main floor allowed for comfortable gatherings for all meals and movies and gathering by the fire with the hot tub just outside. The kitchen has all cookware as well as extra supplies for cooking any type of meal you can imagine. Bathrooms have custom showers which blew away our expectations. The game room with wet bar (almost a second kitchen), pool table, and movie room allowed for fun evenings and afternoons. Plenty of towels, sheets, and household goods available. Maintenance did an amazing job of keeping our driveway and sidewalks clear, as well as replenishing propane and firewood. Location to Canyons Village can't get any better! Main St and Park City proper are only 10 minutes away. Kimball Junction is only 8 minutes away for easy shopping and dining (and avoiding Sundance mayhem in PC). I look forward to staying here again for years to come!"
