  • Excellent location in Park City!

"We rented 1414 Park Ave for a week over the July 4th holiday to celebrate with family from Texas, Maryland and Massachusetts. The house was a great match for all our needs. It was clean, well-equipped and even had a high chair and pack-n-play for my 8 month old grandson. We were able to walk to the downtown area in approximately 10 minutes on the bike path that started in City Park, right behind the house. Downtown has a Silly Market on Sunday with great vendors. Lots of stores, restaurants and bars are also located within the downtown area. The City Park also had a great playground for kids with slides, swings, etc. On July 4th, the parade went right by the driveway and the Kids-fest was held in the City Park! Cheryl was very easy to contact and had lots of great recommendations for us - we would highly recommend her home for your visit to Park City!"

  • Just Perfect made our vacation....

"My husband and I rented the condo for the month of August we were very impressed with how clean and well maintained the condo was. Well stocked with basic items couldn't ask for more. The washer & dryer were a blessing. We loved the outdoor patio looking out at the golf course nice and sunny, if it got too warm we had a nice shady private courtyard we could retire too. We would most certainly stay there again. When we got there the A/C was acting up. Mitzi had it replaced the very next day. She is right on top of everything, was most helpful on the area with places to visit etc. Couldn't recommend this property enough. As too the area you just can't beat it, if you can't find enough to do there is something wrong with you. Thank you Mitzi you are a great host."

  • Location! Location! Location!

"Walk to the slopes. Walk to the supermarket. Walk to Main St/downtown PC. In real estate, it's all about the location. Bus access is just as easy, if walking isn't your thing. Nice pool and hot tub. The kids liked the loft. Plenty of firewood and cookware/pots/pans. Microwave popcorn and hot chocolate were already in the cabinets, as well as plastic bags for food storage and reusable shopping bags for groceries. Kristian was very responsive to my initial rental inquiries and follow up emails. Not an elevator building. The unit was a good value; we were in town to ski not spend time in the condo. If you are really into mountain decor and interior design, this may not be your ideal home away from home, but for access to all that Park City has to offer, you can't beat Snowcrest 308."

  • Excellent Condo Townhouse

"My family and I stayed in this upscale, very comfortable, meticulously cared for and thoughtfully appointed condo townhouse in early March 2016 for 5 days of skiing. It was a good choice and more enjoyable than if we had dumped thousands of dollars per night on an upscale hotel. All furnishings and equipment in tiptop condition. The decor, kitchen (more than fully equipped), bathrooms, bedrooms and ambiance all first rate. Location is excellent with shopping for food, liquor, drug stores/pharmacy items, etc. within easy walking distance. Car totally unnecessary. Bus access to Park City Skiing and Main Street in minutes. Ownership very responsive."
