  • Great property but hit the StairMaster before your trip!

"We loved the house. It had plenty of room for our party of 6 (plus one toddler). Pack and play was great for the little one. Hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day of skiing. If you are planning to ski, be prepared to lug your stuff up a flight and a half of stairs. It seemed to be easier each day but I wish I had hit the StairMaster at the gym a few weeks prior :) (that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) It is 2 completely separate units so would be great for 2 families but was fine for our group too."

  • Location location location

"This was my first rental at the Marriott Mountainside in Park City but it won't be my last. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Washer and dryer and fireplace were nice to have. As was 5 hot tubs and a pool at the end of a hard day of skiing. Plus a decent fitness facility. In house ski valet and easy ski in ski out makes this place a winner. The hotel even has fun family events like chili night, roast your own brats and hot dogs, and hot chocolate. It felt like I was on a cruise ship with the extra activities. Also there are two firepits for making s'mores. I've stayed at nice places in Deer Valley, Vail, and Aspen but this place had the "total package" of convienence, amenities, and location all for a competitive price."

  • Wonderful summer location!

"We rented Lisa and Rick's condo for two months. The unit was beautifully furnished and stocked with all the ammenties you'll need. Just before we arrived both the TVs and the sound system were professionally upgraded. The high-end kitchen and full-size Weber grill on the deck makes you want to cook some meals as a break from PC's collection of fine restaurants. The master bath was special....large walk-in shower, a jetted tub , lots of storage. Since it was a hot summer, we really appreciated the central A/C system. Overall, you get the feeling you are in a high-end (i.e. Ritz Carlton) hotel suite. It has everything except a butler! The location is the best....right across the street from the 12th green of the PC golf course and only feet from the free bus system stop. Three floors above the unit is the Silver Star Café and access to the popular Armstrong biking/hiking trail. Lisa was a wonderful hostess. All through the rental process and during our stay she was always available and very helpful. We have stayed in Park City many times and, without a doubt, this was our best lodging ever. We highly recommend you stay here!"

  • Great location, fabulously furnished, perfect host

"What a wonderful location and perfectly presented "condo". Communication with Kitty was excellent which put my mind at ease as I was communicating and booking from Australia. Not knowing Park City at all, I trusted Kitty's advice and so glad I did. The condo is directly across from the Park City car park (Eagle/First timers chair and ticket office) and an easy walk, but even better - a short (free) bus commute to the main resort plaza area. Fabulous views across the front of the mountain. Snow Crest is also wonderfully located, with a supermarket a short walk away (Tip - take your suitcase on wheels when shopping if you don't have a car - easy to load your shopping and wheel home!!) Then if you want restaurants, bars and quaint shopping its just a short bus trip to Main street, but even nicer to stretch ones legs for a fifteen minute walk (tops) to Main Street. The "condo" was impeccably clean and comfortably furnished with lovely decor and a well equipped kitchen which was a Godsend after a days skiing too exhausted to go out for dinner. Importantly, the master bed was extremely comfortable as was the pull out sofa bed. And what a bonus having a log fire! A real snow experience! Then to top it off we really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and spa (hot tub). I was travelling with a friend and we have both only skied in Australia - so glad Vail has bought Perisher as it gave us the opportunity to use our Freedom (Epic) pass at Park City. So I highly recommend anyone (especially other Aussies) to contact Kitty and book her apartment. Nothing was a bother, full of great advice and tips. Will definitely be coming back next year and might even make it during the summer as well - Kitty has sold us on all the summer activities the area has to offer as well. Plan to recommend the place to all our friends, as long as you always book us in first Kitty!"
