  • Park City Delight

"My husband and I spent the month of August at this condo. Simply said, "it was great". For summer time activities (and I'm sure winter also), the location was ideal. We could walk into the village or take the free bus (2 bus stops within a 2 minute walk). We used the lifts at Park City and Canyonds (a 10 minute drive) to hike. We don't mountian bike but this area seems to be a haven for enthusiasts. The condo looks out on to the golf course, so it is very private. There is a patio adjacent for the condo next door but they were there for the month and we made new friends. The condo photos are an accurate representation of the condo. It is comfortable and clean and well appointed. It is perfect for a couple. The pool and hot tub area about a 2 minute walk also - both are well kept and the pool is heated. From our first contact , Jane was very quick to respond to any questions that we had (even though at one point she was out of the country). I would highly recommend this condo for a Park City holiday."

  • Family wedding weekend

"I rented this townhouse for family members in for my daughter's wedding. They loved the location -- easy walk into town/Main Street. The three en suite bathrooms and extra half bath were ideal for all the females getting ready! It was clean and well stocked with paper goods so no need to rush to market for toilet paper. They really liked the various living/gathering spaces so plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely rent again."

  • Park City Escapes is a great property

"Our stay in the last week of March 2016 in Park City was made much nicer by this spacious home just a ten minute walk to main st. Six bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I, two children and their spouses and five grandchildren. The perfectly supplied kitchen and ample eating areas allowed family dinners at night and breakfast in the morning to be great time together. I barbequed two nights on the grill, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all under the snow covered hill in the back of the house outside the living area. The oldest grandsons and the adults enjoyed shuffle board in the downstairs game/movie room, while the laundry area with two washers and dryers were used almost daily. The ski/mud room off the garage is quite large and allows easy movement to the cars and slopes. The minor issues I had (setting the hot tub temps) were quickly responded to by the owners, who clearly want their guests to enjoy the time in their home. It is a superb home and property with very nice furnishings and we look forward to further vacations at Park City Escapes"

  • Great location, fabulously furnished, perfect host

"What a wonderful location and perfectly presented "condo". Communication with Kitty was excellent which put my mind at ease as I was communicating and booking from Australia. Not knowing Park City at all, I trusted Kitty's advice and so glad I did. The condo is directly across from the Park City car park (Eagle/First timers chair and ticket office) and an easy walk, but even better - a short (free) bus commute to the main resort plaza area. Fabulous views across the front of the mountain. Snow Crest is also wonderfully located, with a supermarket a short walk away (Tip - take your suitcase on wheels when shopping if you don't have a car - easy to load your shopping and wheel home!!) Then if you want restaurants, bars and quaint shopping its just a short bus trip to Main street, but even nicer to stretch ones legs for a fifteen minute walk (tops) to Main Street. The "condo" was impeccably clean and comfortably furnished with lovely decor and a well equipped kitchen which was a Godsend after a days skiing too exhausted to go out for dinner. Importantly, the master bed was extremely comfortable as was the pull out sofa bed. And what a bonus having a log fire! A real snow experience! Then to top it off we really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and spa (hot tub). I was travelling with a friend and we have both only skied in Australia - so glad Vail has bought Perisher as it gave us the opportunity to use our Freedom (Epic) pass at Park City. So I highly recommend anyone (especially other Aussies) to contact Kitty and book her apartment. Nothing was a bother, full of great advice and tips. Will definitely be coming back next year and might even make it during the summer as well - Kitty has sold us on all the summer activities the area has to offer as well. Plan to recommend the place to all our friends, as long as you always book us in first Kitty!"
