  • Outstanding location

"Exactly what we wanted! Perfectly situated between Main Street and the base of the Park City ski slopes. No rental car required. Our group could easily walk to the numerous restaurants and bars within the area. Our group of 6 was very comfortable with the living arrangements."

  • Wonderful property!

"We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! It is a great location and is close to hiking as well as an easy walk to downtown Park City. It would be a great vacation spot for a large family as the house was spacious and had ample living and sleeping room. Most notably, the owner was very helpful in coordinating our arrival and even assisted with the set up of infant equipment we had rented. He was also very accessible in addressing a few questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again if our travels take us back to Park City!"

  • Great Location, Comfortable Digs

"This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price. As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties. The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again."

  • Excellent condo can't beat location

"We stayed her for our annual winter ski trip. The condo was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. We had a question for the owner and they got back to us right away. We would stay here again for sure if we come back to Park City. Leave your car there and the shuttle is right out front taking you to downtown just 15 minutes away."
