  • Wonderful summer location!

"We rented Lisa and Rick's condo for two months. The unit was beautifully furnished and stocked with all the ammenties you'll need. Just before we arrived both the TVs and the sound system were professionally upgraded. The high-end kitchen and full-size Weber grill on the deck makes you want to cook some meals as a break from PC's collection of fine restaurants. The master bath was special....large walk-in shower, a jetted tub , lots of storage. Since it was a hot summer, we really appreciated the central A/C system. Overall, you get the feeling you are in a high-end (i.e. Ritz Carlton) hotel suite. It has everything except a butler! The location is the best....right across the street from the 12th green of the PC golf course and only feet from the free bus system stop. Three floors above the unit is the Silver Star Café and access to the popular Armstrong biking/hiking trail. Lisa was a wonderful hostess. All through the rental process and during our stay she was always available and very helpful. We have stayed in Park City many times and, without a doubt, this was our best lodging ever. We highly recommend you stay here!"

  • Close to the Fun! Excellent Condo with great little extras!

"This condo is centrally located at PCMR. Close to fun activities and restaurants. We stayed during Labor Day weekend. We took advantage of the Summer activities at PCMR. Alpine Slides, chair lifts for biking/hiking, Alpine Coaster etc. Super fun. The condo is a great place to stay. We traveled with our 3 teen aged children and it was nice to have everyone have their own bed. The condo was very clean, had all the comforts of home and wonderful little extras that made our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The view off the balcony of the mountainside was beautiful. The fall leaves were out and it was gorgeous. It made a perfect excuse for sitting outside to eat breakfast or just relax and enjoy the scenery. The beds were comfy. Plenty of sitting room while watching a movie. Plenty of space to spread out with the loft and main floor. If you book here: Make sure to eat at the Baja Cantina! (This is our special restaurant since it is the place of our first date in 1993!) It has wonderful food and a fun atmosphere. And then make sure to visit the the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for lots of yummy treats! Caramel apples, fudge, hand dipped chocolates, ice cream, etc... Rhonda even called us after we checked in to make sure everything was in order and how we expected. She was very thoughtful and had our best interest at heart. She was very accommodating for our late check out request. We will definitely book here in the future! Thanks Rhonda for a wonderful stay!"

  • Spacious condo and great location!

"Our group of 6 had plenty of room in this condo. The third bedroom is more like a loft style as it is open to the upstairs hall and the downstairs area, so there is not much privacy for that bedroom, but this wasn't a problem for us. Adrienne was accommodating with our request to have a late checkout, and quick to respond to my inquiry. Overall great place to stay. The scenery out the back is gorgeous and the condo had everything we needed during our stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I would recommend to others!"

  • Fantastic Property!!

"I will preface this review by saying I always do a ton of research when selecting accommodations for an out of town trip, whether it is a hotel or a rental property. This trip was particularly tough because I had never been to the area before. After deciding to pursue the rental avenue, this one definitely stood out as far as value for the money. The great thing was that once we got there, we were really able to appreciate the other things like how incredibly comfortable and beautiful the place was and the prime location of the property itself!! The location makes you feel as if you are part of a private little oasis...there is a ski shop, restaurant and a lift within a few minute walk of the house. You can even literally finish the day with a run that dumps you at the door step! The last day of our vacation we ended the day at the main Park City ski area, and took a free city bus directly to the bus stop that drops you to the back of the rental. As far as amenities, we found the house to be beyond well stocked...even just little things like spices, paper towels, laundry detergent and good knives!!! Towels were plentiful...always nice when there is a hot tub! Lastly, we had a few random questions throughout the process, and during our stay...Bo was not only super responsive and helpful, but also eager to help us with resources completely independent of the property....making us feel like he was as concerned about us enjoying Park City as he was the property itself. I truly can't say enough about this beautiful property...is was perfect!!"
