  • Nice Place, Great Location

"Had everything we needed. Washer/Dryer was very handy for ski clothes. Other three kings properties don't have that. Was very quiet..BBQ was great. Nicely updated and supplied...will rent again."

  • Great Location; Great Value; Great Experience

"Highly recommend both the property and Park City Utah Vacation Properties. The process leading up to our check in was seamless. They were accessible, knowledgable and fair. The property itself was terrific. Clean, well furnished and equipped, and everything in great working order. Exactly as promoted and promised. In addition, its proximity to town, Park City and the Canyons made the property even more ideal. Thank you PCUVP for making our Park City experience spectacular."

  • Park Place ID 39876

"Great vacation. The condo was very nice. Close to a City Park and Main St.. Enough room for everyone to have some space. We had a small issue and the Maintenance man was right on it and very nice. I hope to come back again next year."

  • Location! Location! Location!

"Walk to the slopes. Walk to the supermarket. Walk to Main St/downtown PC. In real estate, it's all about the location. Bus access is just as easy, if walking isn't your thing. Nice pool and hot tub. The kids liked the loft. Plenty of firewood and cookware/pots/pans. Microwave popcorn and hot chocolate were already in the cabinets, as well as plastic bags for food storage and reusable shopping bags for groceries. Kristian was very responsive to my initial rental inquiries and follow up emails. Not an elevator building. The unit was a good value; we were in town to ski not spend time in the condo. If you are really into mountain decor and interior design, this may not be your ideal home away from home, but for access to all that Park City has to offer, you can't beat Snowcrest 308."
