  • Location! Location! Location!

"Walk to the slopes. Walk to the supermarket. Walk to Main St/downtown PC. In real estate, it's all about the location. Bus access is just as easy, if walking isn't your thing. Nice pool and hot tub. The kids liked the loft. Plenty of firewood and cookware/pots/pans. Microwave popcorn and hot chocolate were already in the cabinets, as well as plastic bags for food storage and reusable shopping bags for groceries. Kristian was very responsive to my initial rental inquiries and follow up emails. Not an elevator building. The unit was a good value; we were in town to ski not spend time in the condo. If you are really into mountain decor and interior design, this may not be your ideal home away from home, but for access to all that Park City has to offer, you can't beat Snowcrest 308."

  • Wonderful Stay!

"The condo was absolutely beautiful and just as described. The location was so convenient and we were just steps from the slopes. The owner was very helpful and always available to assist with any questions. I would definitely select this condo again."

  • Very convenient with all amenities

"We really enjoyed our stay at this small one bedroom condo. A nice view of Park City and very convenient to Main street and Deer Valley with bus stops right outside. Plenty of Parking. We used the hot tub everyday. Thanks."

  • Great property within walking distance of Park City lodge and lifts

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just great. A ten minute (albeit uphill) walk to the first lift of the day. A short walk downtown. And right next to a park for springtime activities. The owner responded very quickly to questions and was able to accommodate us at every turn. I do want to mention that the hot tub was in a closet on the first floor. It was still a hot tub that perfectly relaxed our muscles after a long day on the slopes, but it's location probably won't match your first picture of a hot tub at a winter resort. Thanks to the owners for an excellent location for our vacation."
