  • Amazing, Great Stay!!!

"I booked this condo to celebrate a special milestone birthday and it was fantastic! My friends all enjoyed having their own space and we were able to cook a great meal and celebrate time together. The gourmet kitchen was amazing with everything we needed to make and serve a extraordinary meal and bake a special dessert for the occasion. We are avid bikers and decided to bike some trails in the beautiful fall weather. The trails are right outside the condo for easy access and other friends who didn't have bikes, walked the trails. Fortunately (and unusally) there are bike lockers in this building that we could securely lock our bikes overnight. This was just a great experience all around and I would highly recommend it to any avid sportsman, or anyone looking for a special place, any time of the year!"

  • FABULOUS Deer Valley Home

"An awesome home featuring - spaciousness, fabulous location, amenities that matter, and John, their helpful property manager. Our family of 14 (6 children 5-16) and 8 adults enjoyed this special mid-mountain Deer Valley house the week after Christmas. To a person, all of us enjoyed this Aster Lane home located merely steps from lifts, restaurants, spa's and shops. It helped make this a special family vacation. Yes, it snowed, but no worries, there's a 2-car garage, the driveway is equipped with snow-melt, and there's a roomy mud room with lockers, lots of hooks and cubby holes for storage. Worked hard on the slopes, no worries, there's a hot tub in which to relax. Active children did not bother others as there is plenty of living space on each of three levels. Other useful amenities included: two dish washers in the kitchen, two dryers, deck with large Weber grill, three gas fireplaces which remote click to turn-on/off, and radiant-heated floors. This is a treasure where everything is easy to use and/or operate, clean and well-maintained. And, no ski resort beats Deer Valley's attention to detail, friendliness, and the top ski school - kid's loved it including the food. Within a short walk at Silver Lake Village is Stein Erikson which offers an unbelievable skiers lunch buffet, the Goldener Hirsch and its delicious cheese fondue, or walk out the backdoor of this house and arrive at Ristorante Cena in two minutes for an enjoyable Italian meal or pizza. (Cena is operated by Stein Erikson). Also an option to get around the area - Uber. Deer Park and Park City are only 45 minutes from Salt Lake International so you don't have to use valuable vacation time with a long and weather-risky drive."

  • Christmas/New Year 2016 Seventh Heaven

"Our family of seven just returned from the most fabulous Christmas and New Year holiday in Deer Valley. We had the great fortune of renting this wonderful home steps away from the slopes in one of the best locations (in our opinion) at DV. It was our first time renting on the mountain at DV as we have been long- time PC/Canyon renters to date. However, we are converts. The mountain was more challenging than we remember and the home was ideal. The layout is great with a master bedroom upstairs and a large open dining / living on the main floor. In truth, we never used the new theatre and lower entertaining space because the ski conditions were so good that after long dinners and lingering by the fire we didn't feel the need. Our four children were in heaven sledding into the night right off the property making full use of the slopes during the day and night. The owners could not have been more hospitable when questions or issues arose prior, during and after our stay. We would definitely return to this home should it be available the next time we find ourselves looking for a vacation in the PC area."

  • Great Condo for a ski trip!

"Excellent space, open kitchen, living room and loft spaces. Tons of closet space(especially in the master bedroom). This is also an elevator building so you don't have to lug all of your stuff up the stairs. Best feature is the proximity to the hot tub. This is the next building over from the clubhouse/hot tub so it's a very short walk. Garage parking and storage locker are a nice feature as well."
