  • Spacious home in convenient location

"Julia's house is perfect for that small to medium group that needs a place to stay in Park City. Our soccer group came for a tournament and were easily accommodated by this listing. It has everything that you would need for a great stay."

  • Guys Ski Trip

"I rated this 4 out of 5 but I would say my rating system has a very high standard. So a 4 out of 5 is pretty good. Details below: We rented the ponderosa and Aspen homes for a large group of men. We had a few additional blow up mattresses ordered to make sure all the guys had a comfortable place to sleep. The homes are well kept, clean, and the kitchens are stocked appropriately. The bus stop is very convenient but the route system is extremely confusing - not the fault of this property in the slightest but be warned. The Aspen home was recently remodeled (very nice) while the ponderosa is not - but it is still acceptable for a vacation home. We did have a few issues: Issue #1 - no TV service for some reason in the Aspen home. This was fixed 36 hours later. No big deal. Issue #2 - the fire place in Ponderosa did not work (probably a simple pilot light issue). No bid deal. Issue #3 - we ordered two blow up mattresses but only 1 showed up. Not really a big deal since we're just young guys and one person grabbed a couch for the night. We didn't even bring this up to the property manager until after we had left because it really didn't matter. All that considered, this was still an excellent choice. Even though the hot tubs are shared by all the houses, there are plenty to choose from and they are well maintained. There is a nice courtyard. The bus is literally out your back door. And there is plenty of storage for skis and gear in the garages. Town is walkable from this location as is the PCMR base - though it is easiest just to grab the bus out your back steps. We would stay again. For those curious about the Ski Resorts - we skied both Deer Valley and PCMR/Canyons. Hard to beat Deer Valley for quality of lifts and skiing, but PCMR and Canyons each have more difficult terrain for experts and of course DV doesn't allow snowboarders. Recommend DV for weekend days when the lines at PCMR and Canyons can get lengthy."
