  • Great place to stay

"Very handy to Main Street, not too far from buses. We met some lovely people during our stay. Louise was very helpful and we will come again"

  • Family ski trip

"Our family of 4 (2 adult children) spent a long weekend skiing at The Canyons and Park City. The terrain and lift capacity can't be beat! The condo was perfect for us - lots of room, a full kitchen, and that essential dryer for wet ski gear. It was great to be right at the base of the gondola, and the resort shuttle service made it easy to get to town without a car. The owner, Alex, was a great help with excellent communication and a true desire to make our stay enjoyable. While the Westgate had some glitches in terms of service, Alex was immediately available to help."

  • Beautiful ground floor condo in a great location

"This condo has everything we could wish for during our holiday stay in Park City, including a Christmas tree! This spacious unit has 3 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 3 immaculately maintained bathrooms, including a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The kitchen is large and very well stocked with good equipment as well as some nonperishable staples, we easily prepared Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners there and we able to invite over visiting family as one can seat 12 without difficulty using the dining table and counter seating. The living room is very cozy with 2 sofas, rocking chair, a gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and MP3 player system. There is secure underground parking, which we used at times, but we found it very convenient to park right outside the condo back door, especially to bring in supplies. The complex maintenance personnel did a good job of keeping walkways clear of snow and ice. In spite of our location on the ground level, we were minimally aware of other tenants, sound did not seem to carry easily. We were not aware of traffic noise, even though the unit is just a small parking lot away from Empire Ave. We used the outdoor pool several times, it was heated to a comfortable temperature and kept covered when not in use. Our view out the front windows was of the golf course covered in snow where people were using the nordic ski course and kids were sledding on the adjacent slope. Kim was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. She has also provided clear instructions for use of the condo as well as lots of information about activities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there agin, in any season."

  • Nice condo to stay in, and really close to the Park City Mtn Resort!

"My #1 favorite reason for staying in this unit is how close you are to accessing the mtn. It seemed to be as close as 100 ft., at most a 30 second walk once you step off the back patio. Other pluses: - pool is about 98 degrees in sub-freezing outdoor temps, and hot tub around 102-104 degrees. - plenty of cooking utensils, also in good condition. - shelf of condiments in the refrigerator if you're brave or trusting enough. -comes with spice rack and salt/pepper if you like to cook own meals - working ice maker in freezer, bin full when we arrived. - very clean on arrival - beds were comfortable with clean linens. - couch you just sink into. - underground parking space with luggage and shopping carts to transport luggage and groceries. - less than five minutes to grocery and liquor stores. - 4-10 minutes to dining, anything from fast food to fancy feasts There wasn't much I had to complain about, but are a few sub-par items: - BBQ works, although a bit dated, and did eventually cook our steaks in 20 degree temps.( owner forwarned of this, but may want to upgrade) - elevators are a little slow and often times we had to press the "door open/door close" when we realised it wouldn'tdo it on it's own. - No movie channels on cable. There is access, via Bluray Player, to Youtube, Netflix, Vudu and more if you have an account to sign into. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. Compared to a much fancier place I've stayed at Lake Tahoe, I was really happily surprised at the kitchen amenities. They even had a garlic press! They could supply more shot glasses also. I would stay here again."
