  • Best place to stay in Park City!

"The location can't be beat!!! - With great views & easy access to restaurants, shops, and the slopes. The condo is very nice and well appointed. It's the perfect home base for relaxing between mountain side adventures."

  • Good place, easy to find

"To make guests more comfortable when they arrive, set temp up to 65-it took a while to warm up. Need to anchor dishwasher. One sofa had a tear above middle cushion. Living room toilet stopped leaking, so that ended up being OK. Kitchen was well equipped! Enjoyed that! A "guest manual" with internet password and TV instructions would be helpful, maybe we missed it? How do you turn off the closed-captioning on the TV?"

  • Amazing location for the price.

"We had such a blast at this hotel. First it was super clean which is important to us. We loved all the shopping/restaurants within walking distance. Having a private hot tub with views of the ski resort was beautiful. The owners were very accommodating and helpful when we needed. The bus which is free is also super close which made getting to the ski resort easy with no car."

  • Spacious & Great View- Easy Walk To Slopes

"Overall this unit was spacious & great for our family of 5. The living room and kitchen had been updated and there was plenty of room to spread out and the furniture was comfortable. The upstairs loft was perfect for older kids- bigger beds and great little tv area. Our youngest was 6 and he was fine using the steep stairs off the kitchen. Great view off balcony great- nice hot tub. TV, etc. all worked fine. Bathrooms could all use an update (tile counter tops and showers-- sort of all 80's style) to make this property even more desirable. Unit needed a few repairs- dishwasher door kept flying open to floor, kitchen sink faucet nearly falling off, a few towel hooks coming out of the wall...but all normal wear and tear. The major downside to this unit is the front desk at Black Bear. They rarely answer the phone which makes using the complimentary shuttle difficult and if you need help, it makes it hard to reach anyone because the call will forward to Wyndham offices. The driver was always nice, but the shuttle times and ease of using was not up to the standards of the other places we've stayed (all VRBOs in Empire and Snow Park area). The shuttle is shared with units all over Park City and Canyons and even used for maintenance for units- not just for shuttling guests. On our last day, in an emergency situation (daughter broke arm on the slopes and needed a ride from Silver Lake urgent care to Park City hospital), shuttle was in the Canyons running errands for the business and couldn't get back to us for over 45 minutes, so we just used Uber. Much easier and cost $13. I'd rent a car or just use Uber for this unit- although you pay for the shuttle service. In addition, this unit says it comes with daily housekeeping, but I found that to be a daily towel service and a few times they pulled the covers up on the bed. The unit wasn't stocked with any surface cleaner and I had to call down to the front desk pretty much daily (which took many calls) to get a single laundry detergent or dishwasher tabs. Daily housekeeping should include basic kitchen cleaning- especially wiping the surface of the counter or kitchen table so the unit is maintained and so that those staying have a clean surface. Overall, the unit was big and comfortable-- just needed a few maintenance things tended to. But, I'm not sure the extras offered by Wyndham are worth anything. I'd feel comfortable renting a unit here again and save the money and go thru VRBO directly."
