  • Close to the Slopes and Downtown

"I was traveling with a large party of people but found the home warm, welcoming, and spacious. There were four separate bedrooms all with multiple beds. The kitchen was clean and convenient for an early morning breakfast before jumping on the mountain. Quit-n-time was easily accessible from the house. We were able to walk with all of our equipment the two house lengths, clip in, and ride to Town Lift. Coming back at the end of the day was even nicer - especially after a hard day of skiing. I found that the close proximity to the mountain provided our group with flexibility and each member was able to customize their ski experience. Walking to downtown was also easy. A staircase sits next to the house and consists of three flights of stairs which empty directly onto Main Street. The walk home was a little tougher but made you feel as though you earned your dinner. Great stay and accommodating manager."

  • Convenient SUNDANCE home for LARGE groups.

"This house was incredibly convenient for anyone with a large group during Sundance - or anyone who wants to ease of walking to Main St. etc. It has the basics in each room and everything you need in each kitchen. Jon was very easy to reach for issues with the hot tub - our main TV issue never got resolved but there were plenty of other TV's to use instead. There is a lot of walking up and down stairs to keep in mind for anyone on the older side - although there are bedrooms on the main floor. You do need to walk through a different apartment complex to get to this main home in the back but as long as stairs aren't an issue - it does give you more privacy. Overall a great trip and a wonderful place for large groups."

  • Far exceeded our expectations!

"I have never written a review on Homeaway, but feel it important to take the time to review this amazing property. My husband and I rent through Homeaway.com/travel quite often- and I usually feel "fine" about the places we stay, but this one far exceeded my expectations. This property was so lovely--- impeccably clean, updated, inviting, and fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. We had quite a large party staying in the home, and there was more than enough dinnerware, cutlery, pots/pans, pillows, etc. I often find staying in a rental property, the owner doesn't always supply even the essentials, but this home went above and beyond. The location is amazing, beautiful surroundings, quiet, and an easy enough location for even our kids to access the ski in/ski out lifts to the Deer Valley ski resort. We will without a doubt inquire about staying here again in the near future!"

  • Fantastic Place!

"We had a great stay at Powder Pointe! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Easy walk to the slopes, plenty of room, and a wonderful kitchen made cooking in a breeze. Comfortable and well-appointed. Thanks!"
