  • Summer Rental

"Our family of 16 individuals celebrated the 4th of July, anniversary and birthdays in this fabulous property for a week. With 6 bedrooms/6 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space, we never felt that we were on "top" of each other. The movie room was used for more than watching movies by the children. With the stage, we were invited down for "productions" given by the 8 cousins. The game room was a plus as was the hot tub on the patio. While there are 5 levels in this house, there is the convenience of an elevator. We used it mainly for taking luggage up and down and got our exercise on the flights of stairs! The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of linens, towels, bath products, etc. The laundry room has extras of anything needed. The kitchen was well stocked including plenty of coffee for the week which was highly appreciated. Most evenings the family cooked in and spices were not necessary as many were provided. We liked the convenience of walking out the back door to access hiking trails and the front door to access the town (down two flights of stairs). For us, it was the perfect location. We appreciated a quick fix with one of the showers - even though it was a holiday weekend and a Sunday. We all enjoyed our stay and the many activities Park City and the surrounding area offers. This home was a great. relaxing place in which to return."

  • Beautiful Views

"Our extended family of 6 adults and two children stayed for a long President's Week-end. Very comfortable space and furnishings. The condo is in good condition but not pristine... missing light bulbs, loose electrical outlets, loose vanity knobs. The high ceilings give you a beautiful view of the snow and trees. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the well equipped kitchen with spices, all the necessities. It is a great location for quiet and the restaurants on historical main street. Not the most convenient location for skiers. Had to walk a bit to take a trolley and bus to Park City mountain. We relied on Uber for many trips."

  • Old town park city condo

"We enjoyed our stay in this 2b/2b condo. It is right at the end of Main st in Park city, so it is easy to enjoy the town, but it is just out of range of the potential noise so was quiet at night. Our favorite feature was the 1 block walk to the Town lift. We skied everyday and it was so easy. Park city and Canyons is now linked by a Gondola, which was also very easy to use, so we never had to do anything but walk around town, and use the town lift to get to skiing. We are Vail season pass holders, so did not go to Deer valley. The condo was in good shape, nice touches. we stopped at Fresh Market to grocery shop on our way in from the airport ( Paid our transport 20 $ for the stop there) we cooked in for several dinners, and went out for 2: Loved both places: Grappa and Handle. pricey places, need reservations for weekends, but yummy. It is not a cheap place to stay, but the location is excellent."
