Great location; beautiful view of mtns; clean; comfy; well-appointed kitchen; 3 king beds; garage
"We will be back! This condo was perfect for our family needing three bedrooms. All king beds, all with separate baths. The view of the mountains is lovely. The location is central to PC, Canyon, the Junction, and I-80. The home is well-supplied and the kitchen is great. The hosts were personable, readily available, and offered flexibility when they could. We loved every minute of our time here, and when we return will put this condo at the top of our list."

"My friend and I have been coming to Sundance Film Fest for 12 years. Craig's condo is by far the best place we have ever rented. It truly is like staying in a 5-star hotel. The kitchen is amazingly equipped (better than my own!), furnishings are lovely and so comfy, the linens/towels are exquisite..plus the king-size bed is the best. The location is great. We walked to venues/buses to see films, and despite the most snow we've ever seen in Park City, we could easily get around. Several times when we couldn't get tickets, we looked forward to "staying in"...something we've never done during the fest! It was such a pleasure, however, to just relax and spend a quiet evening in front of the fire. We loved loved our stay and look forward to our next visit!"

"The property is great for skiing. You can actually walk to Park City lifts or home, but the bus stops right outside. Parking for 2 cars in the garage. Great dining table for 8 (or more if you squeeze) and a gas fireplace (you need matches to light it). A little short on silverware. The bed in the middle bedroom is unacceptable, and there is no closet in the room. Toilet on the main level was non-functioning. Two full baths, (also a 1/2 bath) but take care in the shower. Water suddenly shifts from warm to cold to scalding. Hot tub is only warm."

Standalone Home in Ideal Park City Location, w Parking!!
"We spent three days in this Park City home, and are so glad to have chosen Nancy's place over more high priced alternatives. Where to start.. the home is fully renovated with two beds and two full baths. There is an abundant supply of towels, full kitchen with pots/pans/cutlery and two TVs with full cable and Apple TV to relax with between skiing and dinner. There is a parking space directly next to the house which is extremely convenient if you have a rental car, and the sidewalk and steps are heated so no shoveling necessary. The location right on Main street was our deciding factor. You are one block away from all restaurants and bars on the main strip of Park City. No Name Saloon is less than three blocks down and Grappa (great Italian) is about 20 yards from the house. If you stay closer to the mountain and have to drive to the town for dinner it is difficult to find parking or you will pay a lot, so the convenience of being able to walk is a major factor. Deer Valley is a 4 min drive away and Park City is about 6 min, all through town and stoplights so can be walked if necessary. The town lift for Park City is walking distance. Every morning as we had breakfast you could see skiers walking past the front door with all their gear. If I had to name a negative, it would be that the upstairs bedroom gets quite warm over night as the heat rises, but we cracked the window for our last two nights which solved the problem. Also, water pressure decreases when both showers are being used, so may be best to only have one shower at a time. All in all it was a great rental in a perfect location at a good price, and we would consider it again for our next visit. We are a young professional couple who stayed for three nights in February."
