  • Beautiful Views

"Our extended family of 6 adults and two children stayed for a long President's Week-end. Very comfortable space and furnishings. The condo is in good condition but not pristine... missing light bulbs, loose electrical outlets, loose vanity knobs. The high ceilings give you a beautiful view of the snow and trees. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the well equipped kitchen with spices, all the necessities. It is a great location for quiet and the restaurants on historical main street. Not the most convenient location for skiers. Had to walk a bit to take a trolley and bus to Park City mountain. We relied on Uber for many trips."

  • Amazing House and Location

"This is our third year in a row of stay at one of Bo's properties for our annual ski trip. This years house was amazing, clean and very spacious. We had 9 guys and everyone had a bed. The large living room and open concept made it feel spacious for such a large group. The location is great given you can walk to town in a few minutes. The property manager is on top of everything, very responsive to requests. Would recommend to anyone with a large group/family andare looking forward to staying there next year!"

  • Great Place!

"We rented the condo for a week of skiing. Mike was very responsive to our inquiries and questions. Everything was exactly as described...or better! The furnishings were all like new and very comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. There was plenty of space for two couples. The bathroom has a separate area for the sink, so it made having one bathroom much easier. There were plenty of good quality towels and sheets. Parking was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a delicious bag of coffee. The location couldn't be better. It was no more than a 100' walk to the stairs that you walked up to get on the Quittin Time trail to ski down to the Town Lift. At the end of the day, it was so nice to take the same trail back to the condo. Town was equally easily accessible. Just walk down the stairs to Main Street and you are at the corner of 5th & Main (across from the Post Office). The Old Town location is so much better than the base area of the mountain - so many bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Mike - Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back again next year!"

  • Perfect Location

"My wife and I stayed here for two months during "mud season" that time between the ski and summer seasons. Typically, Park City is more quiet, and though many of the businesses on Main Street remained closed, those that stay open run "specials", including two-for-one entrees. The Condo is in an absolutely spot-on perfect location, right on Main Street and within close proximity of all that Park City has to offer. During the summer months, the "Silly Sunday" fair takes place literally right outside your door, and we found ourselves sitting and listening to music, going back home for a while, and then returning to hear other entertainers. Randy was the perfect host, and he would regularly send me coupons and advertisements, letting us know about special events that were happening in town. Otherwise, honestly, we wouldn't have known about these special events. The Condo was spacious, comfortable, and was outfitted with anything we needed, including cleaning supplies, extra linens, and it even had a printer, which worked well for me (I work from home). There was a BBQ grill right outside the door, and we used that frequently. The Condo has below ground parking, which turned out to be convenient. Whether coming here for ski season, summer season, or mud season (as we did), this place works great. Book it with confidence. You will not be disappointed."
