  • Great condo!

"We enjoyed our stay very much! Very convenient to the canyons ski base area. The garage was awesome. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed but kind of small. We were disappointed that there was no outdoor grill. The carpet appeared to be new. It was nice and lush and very clean. We packed light and used the stackable washer and dryer which was very nice. There were lots of towels, but had to wash towels everyday because there were only 5 wash cloths...bummer but just a minor inconvenience. Owner needs to invest in washcloths and dishcloths. The jacuzzi tubs in both bathrooms were great. Both bedrooms had their own private baths which was wonderful for 2 couples. Would stay here again!"

  • Fantastic, right at the base of Park City

"When they say they are close to the lifts, they're actually being modest! We were right at the base there at PCMR. And for our group, on a dudes week ski & snowboard trip, the collection of mutliple separate beds in this unit was ideal, as there were separate beds for everyone, and the biggest bed wasn't in its own master suite or anything, so the high-stakes game of rock-paper-scissors when we checked in wasn't such a big deal this year (it has a queen and twin with twin trundle upstairs, a room with two twins downstairs, plus the queen fold-out couch if you need it, so actual separate beds for 6 people). The common space was nice, with a small balcony opening over the skating rink, and we loved the hot tub just across the hall of the top floor of the unit, with the view of the slopes. On the last day, we availed ourselves of the outdoor hot tub and pool downstairs and across the way, and it was excellent, with the snow coming down as we relaxed in the bubbles, looking up the mountain. Kitchen was fine for a pancake & sausage breakfast for 6, too! The Park City transit was right down the stairs and next to the skating rink, so it was easy to be car-less and both hit the grocery store and downtown PC. Definitely would stay here again!"

  • Great Family Condo!

"We stayed from Jan 2 to the 8th 2017. It was perfect for my family of 4. We arrived very late at 2am, and since they new, everything was ready for us specially the heat part, since we came in during a snow storm. The beds are very comfortable, the sad part was that my daughters did not wanted to get out of the beds!! The master shower is a bit small for the master. The jacuzzi was set and ready and we enjoyed it during the nights with the snow. Their FOOD POLICY saved us, since everything was closed and when we got to the house there were cans of soup/food, that saved us for the night! The spices, salt, spice sauces, etc. for sure helps to save money on the little stuff. I will highly recommend renting a car, specially with young ones, during winter at least. I tried the shuttle service, but the walk was too much for my daughters with the ski equipment, and also tried with UBER and honestly it was mission impossible to get one quick and reasonable, since they were charging 3 times higher of the normal rate, depending the hour. Renting a car was much feasible and will save you time and money at the end! Over all I will come back to this place next year!!"

  • Great Condo and a Very Nice Resort

"We stayed at the condo for 5 nights in late February with my wife, 3 kids, grandma, and grandpa. It is plenty big enough for the entire group. The kitchen is top notch with new appliances. The entire unit is nicely decorated with four TVs. The resort is very nice. The free ski storage and boot locker room is great if you have younger kids. They take your skies to the bottom of the gondola every morning and you drop them off at the same place at the end of the day. So no need to carry your ski's back and forth to the condo. The pool and hot tubs are very clean."
