  • Great condo in convenient location

"We like staying in the Bear Hollow complex because it is close enough to the ski resorts, but at the same time being a bit away from all of the bustle (and traffic and parking issues) in downtown Park City or near the ski resorts. Also, Kimball Junction has been built up in the last few years, so there is a greater selection of restaurants right nearby. Of course, if you wanted to go to downtown Park City, it is only a 10 minute drive. As for the condo itself, it was a great place. It was plenty big (a lot more than we needed for a family of four -- we could have had two families staying in there easily). It had five bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen, dining area, and a decent-sized family room. There was also a nice hot tub on the deck easily accessible from the kitchen. The condo had it's own garage (so therefore, private parking), and it's own washer and dryer which was very convenient. The condo was kept impeccably clean, and the instructions sent to us prior to getting there were very clear and detailed. Overall, a great place that we'd stay in again, and probably invite friends to come with us!"

  • First Time in Park City, Utah - First Time Using VRBO

"We recently stayed here at this beautiful condo in Park City, Utah and have to say this was an amazing stay for us. We stayed for a total of 5 nights and it was a great location first off, super close to absolutely everything you need, the condo was super clean and had all the amenities we needed, etc. We ended up picking up some items at the local store to have on hand so we didn't eat out every day. The bathroom was very cute with enough space for 2 people and was super nice overall for what you could spend in PC. You're within walking distance to the lifts for The Canyons, but we drove up and was literally 1-2 minute drive and hit the slopes within a few minutes on the ride over. You can ride from The Canyons to Park City if you want, but being that I was only in my 2nd year into snowboarding we opted out of that and just drove. Even driving to PC was about 10 mins tops with traffic, not a bad commute at all. Thank you so much for your amazing accommodations and letting us use your beautiful condo. It was absolutely perfect! We will use you again when we stay in Utah.. until next time!"

  • Great condo in perfect location

"Our family of three rented Kim's condo for four days this past week. We were in town to ski for spring break. This location is perfect - right on Main Street in downtown Park City. There is lift for Park City out the back door of the building. We are also big foodies and had several wonderful dinners - all within walking distance of the condo. There is a reserved underground parking space that comes with the condo - very convenient for our rental car. Deer Valley Resort is just five minutes away and Canyons is just under 10 minutes away. The condo is clean and well-kept. Kim was incredibly helpful answering our questions and making sure we had a great stay. We will absolutely rent this condo again the next time we're in Park City."

  • Great views, wonderful facilities, fabulous price!

"We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean, the grounds are well-maintained, and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. The recreation center for the condo complex is unparalleled even at most of the more "luxury" condos (I have stayed at several of the "luxury" complexes at the Canyons). It has an adult-only pool, a family pool with a water fall, and a kiddie pool, all in separate areas, a hot-tub, nice tennis courts, a volleyball court, and many other amenities. Truly a wonderful place to stay! The condo had a large grassy area just off the deck where kids can play and enjoy being outside. The owner was immediately available, very friendly, and provided good information about local activities and places to visit. I would highly recommend staying here during summer or winter. Free WiFi, cable TV x3 (we were there during the Olympics and certainly appreciated it!), and a good stock of DVDs to keep you entertained. Again, that is more than most of the "luxury" condo complexes at the Canyons can boast."
