  • Perfect location for outdoors adventure and visiting Provo/BYU

"First of all, a big thanks to Georgia, the owner, for going out of her way to accommodate us on our arrival. Excellent response time!!!! The cabin itself is a wonderful throwback, and I loved the older, but fully functional appliances. Very cozy, and the heater works very quickly, keeping us comfortable all night. AC not needed at all, even in August. Did not get a chance to use the fireplaces, but they would be great fun, especially the outdoor one in back, right on the river. As noted in other reviews, the river here is contained in a concrete channel, so no swimming or anything, but it sounds awesome at night as you go to sleep. Less than ten minutes to Sundance, with mountain bike trails and an incredible zip line tour! Ten minutes to BYU, where my daughter was starting college this weekend. The cabin still feels like it is far away from town though. Heber Valley Railroad stop is walking distance, as is the park and fishing pond. FYI Master bath has no shower, so only one shower in the cabin. Had no problem with hot water. Plenty of pots and pans, towels, dishes, and everything you need. SO MUCH better than hotels for a stay in the Provo area. Highly recommend."

  • A wonderful stay at Tony Mckerr's fine house.

"The massive-dimension, multilevel house with soaring ceilings seemed like a kind of rough hewn mountainside castle that easily absorbed 11 family members having a 3 generation reunion. We could all mill around in the kitchen together and sit at one table whether indoors or out - a rare treat in rental property. three double bedrooms and, best of all, a multi bunk kids dormitory bedroom were just what we needed. The house is beautifully sited with stunning canyon views and provides lots of substantive outdoor seating on the huge deck to look at them. Nearby Aspen Grove splendor was easily accessed for family hiking and we floated en mass down the Provo River. Although these were close by needing only a few minutes drive, watch out for the traffic threat of lunatic Utah drivers speeding around the corners. We saw one major smash near the Sundance road intersection with half a dozen emergency vehicles. The property served us well in all respects."

  • The Garden House - lovely

"This home was clean and bright and a great location. My family stayed there for my daughters wedding and it was so much more comfortable in a home as opposed to a hotel. Having the living spaces and various bedrooms allowed people to interact and have some privacy when needed. The views from this house were stunning and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the cool early mornings. The deck and backyard provided a lovely place to relax in the evening. We also appreciated the large television as we were able to enjoy the Olympics from Rio. The themed rooms were fun, the beds comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy!! I would recommend this property and the booking and communication from the agent was professional, helpful and timely. We had a lovely stay and would use VRBO again."
