  • Super Condo! Super Location! Super Owner!

    "The first feature that make this condo special is the owner. Mitch has excellent communication skills and will help you every step of the way. This is the main reason we chose this condo. The condo is clean, neat, and perfect for a ski vacation. The location is right next to the Red Pine Gondola. The Sundial staff are super helpful. We especially appreciated the bellhops and ski valet attendants. Also, Mitch will give you a discount code for Park City Shuttle. Tyler will pick you up in a luxury SUV and take you right to the Sundial front door. Tyler and Mitch are top notch in my book. Stay at this condo... you will not be disappointed."

  • Perfect for our needs!

    "This property was just before the Silver Fork Lodge, which has amazing breakfasts, and a few miles from Solitude and Brighton ski areas. We were there in late Spring for our son's wedding reception, which was held at Brighton. The house was spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and very comfortable. We weren't there long enough to use the fireplace, but plenty of firewood was available in the garage. Satellite TV was available, but the internet connection is weak, but we were forewarned, and used our phone's connection through Verizon. As a special treat, we had a moose in the yard the 2nd morning!"

  • Excellent Townhouse for Enjoying Moab Area

    "Our recent stay exceeded expectations. We were enjoying our time in Moab so much that we changed our vacation itinerary and extended our Moab stay one night. The owners were very responsive to my inquiry asking if another night was available. All communication was responsive and easy. The townhouse was perfect; very clean, two large bedrooms, full kitchen, small little patio, and nice pool nearby. The garage was convenient also, as I could leave expensive camera equipment in the car without worry. The townhouse community was well-maintained and very quiet. I liked that the owners provided a very helpful summary of things to do in the area, including their personal restaurant recommendations. This property is located about 5-10 minutes south of the main part of Moab. We felt it worth the short drive and value to stay a bit south in the peace and quiet of a townhouse community. We saw no need to stay in downtown Moab as it wasn't that important to us to pay more just to have local restaurants/shops within walking distance. When we return to Moab we will be looking to rent this property again for sure!"

  • Great Family Vacation!

    "We stayed here in the off season because daughter was competing in the Summer Games down in Cedar City. It was the perfect family vacation. The condo was as described and true to other reviews. The pool and hot tub are now finished. They were definitely a highlight. Be sure to bring your own towels. We did have enough hot water in the condo for all 7 of us to shower off consecutively after swimming, but the younger kids did "hop in and out". There aren't a lot of restaurant options during the off season, so plan on cooking your own food if you desire variety. Steve was easy to work with and took care of all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again."
