  • The Garden House - lovely

"This home was clean and bright and a great location. My family stayed there for my daughters wedding and it was so much more comfortable in a home as opposed to a hotel. Having the living spaces and various bedrooms allowed people to interact and have some privacy when needed. The views from this house were stunning and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the cool early mornings. The deck and backyard provided a lovely place to relax in the evening. We also appreciated the large television as we were able to enjoy the Olympics from Rio. The themed rooms were fun, the beds comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy!! I would recommend this property and the booking and communication from the agent was professional, helpful and timely. We had a lovely stay and would use VRBO again."

"We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Every detail is taken care of. We were there the week before Christmas and the owners had the home decorated with holiday touches throughout from special soaps, small holiday knick knacks and even a small lit Christmas tree. We both agreed it was one of the coziest and homiest places we have ever stayed. We were fortunate to get snow and spent a whole day relaxing and reading around the fire while watching the snowstorm out the huge picture windows. The kitchen is small but has everything you need including some spices. There was coffee and tea in the fridge when we got there. The entire home is well stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper and basic necessities. We thought the bed was really comfy. You are a short walk away from all that Sundance has to offer including the spa, restaurants and slopes. We enjoyed all three while we were there. The ski slopes of Sundance offer unparalleled views! As a party of 2 we sat by both the fireplaces in the Foundry grill on separate occasions and found it to be cozy and romantic. It's worth requesting if available. We enjoyed a meal at the Tree Room and ordered every single appetizer for a tapas experience. They were all fabulous. The entrees looked amazing as well. We stopped at the grocery store on the way up for a few basic food items and beverages...not a bad idea if you don't plan on eating out every meal. Overall this was one of our very favorite couples getaway of all time. If you do plan on traveling with teens or children, there was a pull out sofa and a cozy little sleeping nook to accommodate larger parties."

  • WARM and inviting!

"Beautiful, roomy and warm. We knew this home was beautiful from the photos on VRBO, but didn't expect the luxurious extras! The first was that it has radiate heated floors and felt sooooo good on my usual cold feet during our cold December stay. The second was that the high ceilings and big rooms helped us feel relaxed and not cramped like in a hotel room. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware you need to create your own meals, and the bathrooms had plenty of TP and towels. The hot tub was a real bonus extra! It was a fantastic vacation!"

  • Luxurious place but you still feel like you are in a cabin in the woods.

"This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for our group of 14 to spread out. We really enjoyed the theater room. The mountain views were beautiful with the leaves just starting to turn colors. The owner answered all requests promptly. I would stay there again if I return to Sundance."
