  • Stay Here if you're staying in Salt Lake

"Really great place to stay if you're in Salt Lake. We used it as a home base for skiing, and it was perfect. Very well located, about equal distance to anywhere you would want to go in town or to any of the ski areas. Nice neighborhood. Very dog friendly, our two small dogs were happy campers. The house is very cozy and clean, and well-maintained by owners. Has a few basic cable channels too. Car port keeps car from frosting overnight, which is a really nice bonus in the winter. Owners are very helpful and friendly, they gave us a great recommendation to get tickets and rentals at the Lifthouse. Price is really great too. They have two double beds but also a couple one-person sleepers so you could tightly pack a nice little crew or if you had several kids this would work nicely. The next time we visit, this will be the first place we look."

  • Perfect location, adorable well-stocked home

"My group came to SLC for the Young Living Essential Oil Conference, we had 9 ladies and this place could not have been more perfect for our needs. We actually wished we had more time to spend at the house, as we were on the go most of our time there. The beds were comfortable, ceiling fans in the upstairs rooms were great, kitchen fully stocked with the staples (and by staples, everything you could need), plenty of linens and such. With an up and downstairs living room, we had plenty of room to spread out. They had books and movies (though we didn't have time for either) which was a nice touch. Two great bathrooms (the downstairs one was beautifully remodeled and HUGE for plenty of women to get ready in the morning). The deck and back yard was so gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere and enough foliage that it felt very secluded and the hot tub was clean and felt amazing after a long day at our convention. The location could not have been more perfect and the owners have left a list of walkable restaurants and such (we wished we could have tried more!) We went to Trio and Pago and both were heavenly and within about a 4 block walk. There is indeed a Smith's grocery store within 2 blocks and we had no problem catching an affordable UBER to ride downtown to the convention center. It was incredibly clean and they have thought of everything a traveler could need. They are strict on the noise and have a 10pm curfew on the hot tub, so if you are looking to party all night, this is not the right place for you. Otherwise I would recommend it to everyone, and hope to be back next year!"

  • This was the perfect place for our group!

"Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was roomy, comfortable and clean with lots of information about anything we would need. The place was in a beautiful area and was so quiet and peaceful; we really didn't hear or see anyone except while driving in and out. We had a two car garage with extra parking close by which was perfect because we had five couples sharing this accommodation while attending a convention in Sandy, Utah. It was very convenient because the drive was only about 15 to 20 minutes. We loved the hot tub being available in the summer for relaxing in at the end of a long day and we were also thrilled with the air conditioning that kept the house a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed the BBQ and large patio table and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking and there was a laundry room provided with two dryers. The beds in the bedrooms were comfy and the sleeper sofa, well it's a sleeper sofa so it was as expected. Three of the bedrooms had their own private bath which was wonderful. The twin bedroom shared a bathroom with those who slept on the sleeper sofa. The only suggestion I could make there is to check the door between the twin bedroom and the bathroom. It wouldn't close properly so you couldn't lock it and when someone opened and closed the hallway door into the bedroom or bathroom that door would open. It was a little unnerving that the door might open suddenly while you were in the bathroom or changing in the bedroom. We were very happy with our stay; really, we had everything we needed to make our visit enjoyable. Thank you for responding so quickly to any of our questions and yes we would definitely stay again."
