  • Great Condo in Solitude Village... Excellent!!!

"This Solitude condo was absolutely perfect for our short ski trip to Utah. It is a 1 minute walk to the lift and an even shorter walk to the Thirsty Squirrel bar and Club Solitude Hot Tub & Sauna. Cam was an awesome host, and the condo is set with everything that you need for a great stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to cook a full breakfast before hitting the slopes. Condo has a great TV and the Wi-Fi was strong enough to stream Netflix on the Xbox 360. Underground parking is more than convenient. Solitude Mountain Resort is not HUGE but it must be the most under-rated mountain in all of Utah - and I will 100% return to this excellent unit with an owner that really does a great job. Thanks Again, Joe in Columbus, Ohio"

  • Cozy rustic cabin

"Great cabin less than 2 miles from Brighton and Solitude ski resorts. Best if you want to cook and cuddle up in front of fire as restaurants require a short drive. Should have 4 wheel drive or chains in winter and be prepared to shovel if big powder comes through. BIG POWDER!"

  • Ski trip

"Great condo! Everything we needed! Could walk everywhere downtown! It was nice to have a parking spot because we drove to ski resorts during the day! Loved it, would stay here again!"

  • Great House, Great Stay

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a super-nice property. Rent with confidence. For context, we’ve done 2-3 vacation rentals per year for the last 15 years in 10 different states, VRBO and HomeAway and AirBnB and local agents. We are experienced renters. We’ve also rented other properties on the Brighton Loop; this is our 5th visit to Brighton Resort. You can tell from the photos that the home and furnishings are high end. You can’t see the hidden details that make this property even nicer than we expected and superior to 99% of other rentals – top quality mattresses and bed linens, radiant floor heating with separate thermostat in every room, well-equipped kitchen with quality knives, stocked spices cupboard, coffee-grinder etc. Every aspect of this property exceeded our (high) expectations. There are 2 twin beds in the loft in addition to 4 separate king / queen bedrooms. I was a little worried, from Google maps, that the house might be too close to Cottonwood Canyon road, which is the main drag in and out and a busy road during ski season. But my worries were misplaced! The way the house sits on the lot – downhill from the road and behind huge snowbanks during winter – we couldn’t see or hear the road *at all*. There are only two windows in the whole house that have any view of the road – top floor loft and MBR bath looking downhill to the west. The views from the main living areas are unspoiled forest; the sound is silence! The house lives and feels like middle of the woods – but with easy access to Brighton or Solitude and first chair rides every morning. Brighton Resort and Silver Lake are both easy ~10-15 min walks. Solitude is a ~5 min drive down mountain. We’ll be back."
