  • Ideal Rental

"Cozy, loaded with thoughtful details, spacious, and perfect location. We loved our ski vacation stay at Finch House. The location was ideal - easy access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and the associated ski resorts: Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird. Spent most of our time at Brighton, thirty minutes front door to slopes. Every amenity needed is within blocks of the house - groceries, drug store, gas, massage, restaurants, sledding hill. Freeway access is also within blocks. House itself wants for nothing. Big backyard for playing, hot tub, kitchen stocked with every possible cooking utensil/equipment, cozy beds, gas fireplace, nice bathrooms, ski racks for hanging up skis, great washer/dryer. Thoughtful details in place throughout from the sheets on the beds to the soft, fluffy bath mats, to loads of board games. If you can think of it, it's here. Can't wait to come back for another stay!"

  • Great Stay

"The location is convenient, very close to Alta and Snowbird. There is also a shopping plaza nearby with restaurants and grocery. The place has 5 bedrooms and more than enough space in the living area. It is a perfect fit for large groups."

  • Nice home, Good location

"We had two families staying for a week of skiing. The bunk bed room was nice for all the kids to stay together, though a bit tight. The home was comfortable and we especially appreciated the walk-in shower when I tore my ACL on the slopes. Maintenance guy was quick to come and help with small plumbing repair. Only downsides - the kitchen could use a few more spoons, several lights didn't work, and there were very few channels that actually worked on the TV."

  • An Amazing Place to Stay!!

"My experience with the Princess Bellagio was that it is a beautiful home with classic architecture and stunning landscaping. Both inside and out it felt inviting and comfortable. It was large enough that we weren’t on top of each other, but small enough that my family felt together and connected. Every room had a television and the most comfortable beds for my family to enjoy watching movies on. The house is wonderfully located and is easily accessible to many attractions, we were able to visit Lagoon Amusement Park and mountain bike in Corner Canyon within a 25-minute drive of the Princess. The backyard was spacious and beautiful, we enjoyed many nights out there, enjoying the scenery. The front yard had wonderful character and landscaping, when we drove up, it felt as though we were in a movie. It was a great place for a family trip and everyone loved being there! It was a phenomenal place to stay and had so many benefits, but the best were how similar it felt to staying at my own house and how clean it was, it was a dream."
