  • Excellent place, great value

"Comfortable, spacious, sun drenched, peaceful, well decorated rental. Cathedral ceiling with large windows looking out south/southwest to nature preserve and Park City / Canyons mountains. Home is on the outer perimeter of the self sufficient development which has multiple restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, coffee shop, hotel - all accessible on foot. Home's patio steps out onto the paved trailhead which can take you east or west into the hills if you wish to go for a run, hike or bike ride. Bus stop to the Park City or Canyons ski area / village is few blocks away, or you can use uber or lyft (4-8min drive respectively). 2 minutes from freeway. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. Will be back definitely."

  • Great find!

"This was a perfect house for our family of 5 to spend the holiday weekend, and Nicole and Holly were super responsive. We have 3 twenty-something kids and there was plenty of space for them to spread out. One caveat; the 'amenities' description of the property is somewhat misleading. The second bedroom has one, not two, queen sized beds. The master has one queen and the third bedroom has 2 bunks. There are also sleeping areas in the family room. Park City slopes are about a 300 yard walk (both uphill and downhill) from the house. House is well stocked with cooking equipment, hot tub is great and the wood burning fireplace adds a lot of ambiance to the apres ski. Highly recommended! Finally, we really appreciated Nicole emailing us the headsup that it was snowing the day we arrived and we probably needed a 4WD vehicle to make it to Park City. Very thoughtful!"

  • Exactly as advertised -- convenient location

"We stayed a month and liked the Racket Club area so much we are coming back for two months next summer. Kitchen has it all --- every gadget and an upgraded gas stove. We cooked most of our evening meals on the BBQ and ate on the back deck. Inside dining area is cramped but there were only two of us staying so no big deal. Master bed was extremely comfortable and our one weekend guest said the guest bed was also. Location a few steps from the Park City MARC (fitness facility with very reasonable monthly pass rates) and free busses to get downtown or connect all other areas made life easy to both play and save on gas/parking. Be sure to take advantage of the Farmers Market at the Seasons complex on Wednesdays -- they even had a used golf ball stand! Tish was a marvelous remote hostess with immediate answers to the few questions we asked right after arriving. We have many friends who rent condos in other newer complexes but for us the convenient location of the Racket Club trumps newer big time."
