  • Lots of space for large groups

"Lilac Haven is very well maintained. The property manager communicated very well, and answered any emails in a timely manner. The home was clean, and had all the necessary items a large group could need--extra sheets, pillows, tables, chairs, etc. The open floor plan easily accommodated our group of 42. We never felt crowded. There was plenty of space upstairs for us all to congregate, as well as lots of deck space and outdoor space to spread out. The layout of this house was very well thought out. Our family spanned the ages and there was something this home had for each of us. The sandpit and indoor toys were a favorite with the young children. The older children, teens, and adults all enjoyed the pool table, Foosball table, air hockey, and theater room. It was fun to be able to see our family of all ages be able to mix and mingle freely and enjoy spending time with each other doing various activities, or even just talking. This home is very accessible to Bear Lake and other surrounding activities. Our family would definitely consider staying there again."

  • Great Cabin for families!

"We shared the cabin with another family over the holiday break. It was very cozy and it had everything that we expected. The Wifi was unfortunately down during our stay. The kids loved sleeping in the loft area. We enjoyed the beautiful views and one can ski out very easily. I absolutely would recommend this property and would rebook it."

  • Great spot, set up to sleep many comfortbaly

"If you would like to sleep a big number of people affordably in walking distance to historic PC, this is a great choice. They did a smart setup for sleeping options. Also a cool historic house. Just be advised skiing up to the street above it or even into historic park city may not be an option early season as the runs are closed (for us they were in mid december). Not a criticism of the house just a note for planning."

  • Great Deere Valley home for family time and relaxing

"The house was perfect for our group of ten. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed hiking and taking walks nearby. The manager was easy to reach and we appreciated having a code to get in the property so that we could arrive on our own schedule."
