  • Location! Location! Location!

"Walk to the slopes. Walk to the supermarket. Walk to Main St/downtown PC. In real estate, it's all about the location. Bus access is just as easy, if walking isn't your thing. Nice pool and hot tub. The kids liked the loft. Plenty of firewood and cookware/pots/pans. Microwave popcorn and hot chocolate were already in the cabinets, as well as plastic bags for food storage and reusable shopping bags for groceries. Kristian was very responsive to my initial rental inquiries and follow up emails. Not an elevator building. The unit was a good value; we were in town to ski not spend time in the condo. If you are really into mountain decor and interior design, this may not be your ideal home away from home, but for access to all that Park City has to offer, you can't beat Snowcrest 308."

  • Well situated for everyone in Moab!

"This seemingly new property was only a few miles out of Moab so it was very convenient. There was 7 of us (5 from France) and they were shocked at how well the place was stocked and how clean it was. Everyone slept well and were quite pleased with the views from the deck. I could not have picked a nicer place to stay!"

  • Perfect condo for multiple people traveling together - convenient proximity to The Canyons

"This condo worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples and one 12-year-old. We all had separate bedrooms with connected bathrooms - lots of privacy when wanted. The common area was appropriately furnished with plenty of seating - 3 couches and a dining room table for 8. The proximity to The Canyons was very convenient. When an unexpected snowstorm blew in one day, we were able to leave the slope to go back to the condo to get our goggles and be back on the slope within an hour. I would highly recommend this condo, and we will definitely use it again on our next trip."

  • Perfect location for outdoors adventure and visiting Provo/BYU

"First of all, a big thanks to Georgia, the owner, for going out of her way to accommodate us on our arrival. Excellent response time!!!! The cabin itself is a wonderful throwback, and I loved the older, but fully functional appliances. Very cozy, and the heater works very quickly, keeping us comfortable all night. AC not needed at all, even in August. Did not get a chance to use the fireplaces, but they would be great fun, especially the outdoor one in back, right on the river. As noted in other reviews, the river here is contained in a concrete channel, so no swimming or anything, but it sounds awesome at night as you go to sleep. Less than ten minutes to Sundance, with mountain bike trails and an incredible zip line tour! Ten minutes to BYU, where my daughter was starting college this weekend. The cabin still feels like it is far away from town though. Heber Valley Railroad stop is walking distance, as is the park and fishing pond. FYI Master bath has no shower, so only one shower in the cabin. Had no problem with hot water. Plenty of pots and pans, towels, dishes, and everything you need. SO MUCH better than hotels for a stay in the Provo area. Highly recommend."
