  • Beautiful and private setting

"This is a spacious apartment set over a garage, detached from the home of the owners. Our hosts were helpful and friendly, very unobtrusive. There are two lovely horses on the property, and a pool we weren't able to use very much because of the weather. The Wi-Fi is spotty, but usable. We loved the fire pits and the beautiful sunsets."

  • Fantastic in every way

"Wow what a cabin , the photos do not do this little piece of heaven justice . We walked in and we were taken away. This cabin is cozy, clean, functionalbe and delightful in every way. The beds were so comfortable I slept better then I do at home . The deck for morning coffee was amazing and the fire pit perfect in every way , you just pop the lid on and go back to it later . Most fire pits you have to use a hose leaving everything wet and impossible to light later on not this one . We had the best time ever already looking at dates to book again as soon as possible."

  • Florida Gals Getaway

"Three retired professional women enjoyed 6 nights in this beautiful VRBO home that is located between Bryce and Zion National parks. We spent our days exploring the parks and hiking the trails so the location was perfect for us. The home was gorgeous, roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. The floor to ceiling windows throughout the house were perfect for watching the wildlife (mule deer, rabbits) that visited both morning and evening. We cooked each night of our stay and we found that the kitchen had everything we needed -- pots, pans, dinnerware storage containers and bags -- and plenty of extras (condiments, seasonings, extra food). All of the beds were clean and comfortable. We liked having access to the garage which was very convenient on our one rainy day. One evening we had a delicious steak and vegetable meal that we cooked outside on the propane grill. We had planned to use the fire pit for smores and sit around and sing, but the weather was a little too chilly for our Florida blood. Amanda, the owner, was an excellent communicator and provided prompt replies to our questions before and after we made the reservation. The only major complaint we had was the lousy wifi connectivity for email and Facebook on our computer and tablets. Overall, we had a grand time and would highly recommend this property to our family and friends."

  • 5 Firefighters on a motorcycle vacation

"First off, let me say that if you are considering renting a home in this area for your vacation....look no further, you found the best one there is. The location is great. It is about an 1.5 + hours from Las Vegas.....15-20 minutes from Zion (my favorite national park ever).....Bryce Canyon and the N. Rim of the Grand Canyon are also an easy drive. Springdale is about 15 minutes down the road, bordering Zion, it offers great recreational rental shops, souvenir shops, restaurants...etc. La Verkin and Hurricane, as well as the larger city of St George, are also a short drive away. The house is absolutely is downright beautiful. You will hate to have to leave here. Everything works as it should, AC, showers, bathrooms, pool, Tv, FIRE LOG....everything is top notch! The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The pool and the hot tub are a welcomed relief after a long day traveling or hiking. Myself and 4 brother firefighters rented here for 5 nights and used the property as "home base" for our daily motorcycle adventures. We rode over a 1000 miles during our stay and it was great knowing that we had this place to come home to after a of hiking and riding. The owners were great and easy to work with. We never got to meet the property manager, because nothing ever went wrong!!! The 5 of us were usually fast asleep by 10 pm each night...which is unusual for 5 firefighters hanging out together...but with a house this relaxing and was easy to do. ........Just do it...don't wait, you wont regret it!........"
