  • Better than we thought possible

"We have stayed in Lower Deer Valley several years. Each time, we have had to deal with entrance stairs to the kitchen and living area which are very difficult when you have groceries and young children. We rented this townhouse because it was advertised as no stairs to living area. We entered into a large two car heated garage. We opened the door and saw the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bath....all on the same level. A miracle! It was so much easier. We also found a screened deck with a gas grill, next to the dining room. We felt at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes for 12, Even a lobster pot, a crock pot, a blender and a waffle iron. It was the best equipped of any rental we have stayed in. All the bedrooms had large windows and private baths. We previously stayed in units where we found windowless, cold, basement rooms advertised as bedrooms. Each bedroom had an electric fireplace, which was very comfy and warm. The floor plan was perfect for our family, since we traveled as three generations: two married couples, two college students and three young children. The children loved the extra TV room with video games. The location was the best! We were all able to go skiing and return, using the free ski buses. This was helpful because some of us skied Deer Valley and some of us snowboarded at Park City. The college kids were able to go out to Main Street at night and we didn't have to worry about their driving. One night, they walked home. Other nights, they took the bus. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone. We will return next winter."

  • Perfect place to stay to explore beautiful southern Utah

"Our group of 6 met in St. George to continue our tradition of visiting some place together where none of us has been. We prefer to stay in a home so that we can just visit leisurely over coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening and it is like a sleepover! We wanted to go to Zion and Bryce National Parks as well as Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. This beautiful home became our sanctuary each evening when we came back from a full day of exploring. We also enjoyed the historic St. George area and even took a carousel ride! The glorious views and the comfortable interior and patio are just as shown in the pictures. Kimi was so very helpful and we loved sharing her home."

  • Awesome vacation cabin

"Finding a good looking cabin for our large family was dificult, but once we saw John's property, we knew it would fit us nicely. We were able to bring our small dogs at the time as well. Pictures definately does not do this cabin justice, the cabin is actually quite roomy and the TV's have been upraded to LCDs. John was very helpful whenever we had a question or concern prior to arriving. His cabin is fully stocked with cooking wares, utensils and just about what you would need to cook up a meal in terms of tools. The bathrooms were stocked with clean towels, hand soap as well as new bar soaps. The cabin had great views on those that werent covered by the trees. The dining area is very large which made it easy to feed 16+ people at the same time. The family room/living room is nice and cozy with the wood burning stove giving great heat. Having washer and dryer is a plus. The only downside was the top floor restroom did not have a shower head at the time since it was being repaired. Also the bottom floor restroom did not have a shower head but was working, we had people taking a shower without the head since they didnt mind it. Im sure John will get this fixed right away. He is very helpful and informative. All in all, our family was very happy with the cabin. We had a great time at Brian Head and would definately contact John again to stay in his cabin for our next visit."
