  • Wonderful Rental

"The owner is extremely organized which makes everything run like clockwork. He was open to phone calls from several of my family members and was always willing to answer questions and help out. We stayed in the Condo for 4 nights, it had plenty of room and was perfect for our ski vacation. We brought our infant with us and he had plenty of room in the living room to roll around and play. There was enough room for his pack n' play in the master bedroom. If you decide to stay at this condo and are looking to ski, please consider skiing at Deer Valley several days because one of the gondolas is located directed across the highway (maybe a 3-5 minute drive tops). The only thing I would recommend to future renters is to talk with the owner about how to regulate thermostat. We tried to change it a couple of times without any success, it never got to cold or warm but it would have been nice to change it throughout the day/night. Overall we had a great time and I would recommend this rental to any of my friends/family."

  • Old town park city condo

"We enjoyed our stay in this 2b/2b condo. It is right at the end of Main st in Park city, so it is easy to enjoy the town, but it is just out of range of the potential noise so was quiet at night. Our favorite feature was the 1 block walk to the Town lift. We skied everyday and it was so easy. Park city and Canyons is now linked by a Gondola, which was also very easy to use, so we never had to do anything but walk around town, and use the town lift to get to skiing. We are Vail season pass holders, so did not go to Deer valley. The condo was in good shape, nice touches. we stopped at Fresh Market to grocery shop on our way in from the airport ( Paid our transport 20 $ for the stop there) we cooked in for several dinners, and went out for 2: Loved both places: Grappa and Handle. pricey places, need reservations for weekends, but yummy. It is not a cheap place to stay, but the location is excellent."

  • Spacious condo and great location!

"Our group of 6 had plenty of room in this condo. The third bedroom is more like a loft style as it is open to the upstairs hall and the downstairs area, so there is not much privacy for that bedroom, but this wasn't a problem for us. Adrienne was accommodating with our request to have a late checkout, and quick to respond to my inquiry. Overall great place to stay. The scenery out the back is gorgeous and the condo had everything we needed during our stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I would recommend to others!"

  • Fantastic!!!

"What a fantastic month at the Cozy Adobe! The house was comfortable as was the bed. Scenery was amazing with the Red Hills at one end of the valley, snow capped LaSal Mountains at the other, Porcupine Ridge behind and Castle Rock and Priest & Nuns directly across!! Driving anywhere included the beautiful drive on Route 128 along the Colorado River! Saw mule deer and foxes right outside the house. Arches, Canyonlands, LaSal Mountain Loop Road, horseback riding, hiking and golf were just a few of the activities we enjoyed in the area. Relaxing (including the hot tub), private, romantic, revitalalizing are a few of the words that come to mind :) We miss it already😢. Highly recommend!!!"
