  • Exactly as advertised

"We stayed 3/21-3/25/16. There were four adults and 2 kids. More than enough room for the six of us. The kids loved having their own little space in the third bedroom. The kitchen included everything we needed to make all of our meals at the condo. We made it over to the lodge once to swim. It's a short walk and well worth it. I think they said the pool is heated to 90 degrees. We swam even though it was snowing. The walk from the condo to Canyons was a bit far, especially in ski boots, but if you rented a car I suggest parking it in the Cabriolet lot (free) and taking the gondola to the slopes. Your feet will thank you. Everything else you need to know you will find in the guest book at the condo. The condo was clean and the owners were very friendly and accessible via email."

  • The Cabin was a great home base for our visits to Zion and Bryce Canyon.

"The cabin is clean, secluded and comfortable with full kitchen facilities. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay."

  • The last homely house

"This is really an amazing house; I've rented many places in southern utah, and this is definitely the place I'd return to first. The most exceptional thing is the location; the very last home before 40 miles of wilderness canyon along the Escalante river leading to the colorado river. We walked from the house to Phipps Arch which (apart from a river ford) was an easy and incredibly beautiful hike. Watching the sun rise on the canyon walls in the morning is something I won't forget. The house itself is very well appointed -- my 5 yo daughter loved the hidden bedrooms, and the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in (although there is no microwave, and our fruit did get a few mouse nibbles overnight). Hope to get a chance to return soon!"

  • It really is like going to a home

"Just wanted to let you know how comfortable we were in your condo. Pictures don't give it justice. Everything was perfect from all the kitchen needs you could ever want. Maybe a flipper for the bbq would be nice. To the comfortable beds and even the bunk beds accommodated two teenagers. The beds are probably the size of a full! Walk to the silver star chair lift was a breeze. Especially when you look around the area and see that you are in such a good location for a ski/in ski/out compared to other places around the neighborhood. I'm sitting here trying to find a negative, but I can't. I usually pick the places I stay in by the reviews. This condo like home won't disappoint you. If you get the home away app, it takes away any questions you may have before and during your trip. Well done Pattillo family! Thank you for sharing your lovely home."
