  • House to yourself, steps from Park City town lift

"The home at 860 Norfolk was ideal for this two-family gathering just after Christmas. Kathleen Rose was very helpful in locating just the right property and this home was everything she described and more. 860 Norfolk is a modern three story home just steps away from the bridge to Town Lift - the perfect balance between ski-in ski-out and easy walking access to all downtown Park City has to offer. A large bunk room slept six kids, two master suites were great and the garage is setup for organizing all the ski gear. The entire third floor is living, kitchen and porch with hot tub - great for getting everyone together before or after a day on the slopes. Radiant floor heat is the new standard for this gang - awesome. We'll be back if Kathleen will have us :)"

"We spent a week at this very cool condo in downtown SLC. Its was recently updated and it was very comfortable - perfect or the two of us. The location is very accessible to I-15, making our daily trips to the ski areas a breeze."

  • Great location, well appointed, worked for skiing

"The location is ideal for walking to town lift, shuttle and Main Street. Condo well equipped with items others leave out (i.e. Coffee filters, spices, ziploc bags etc). Beds very comfortable, furniture showing it's age, tv not hd and wifi slow. No view at all but made for easy walk without stairs. Charges $20 to use fireplace-lame. Lastly community jacuzzi a big bust as the jets barely work and not super hot which made for a group warm bath. Owner easy to work with, overall decent condo."
