  • Quaint, serene home-away-from-home bunkhouse!

"I stayed here for a week with 4 friends for my birthday. We were looking for a place to call "home" during our travels between Zion & Bryce Canyon. This was the PERFECT DREAM SPOT--we literally could not have asked for a better place to stay. The property is a very easy drive between both Zion & Bryce with gorgeous scenic views. The property itself is a large, quiet, serene ranch. The bunkhouse is located a little ways beyond the main house on the property but still feels very private. Our hosts Dave & Karren were just the sweetest--very hospitable with excellent suggestions for local sights, but they also give you plenty of space to come and go as you please. They have put immense thought and care into the bunkhouse, providing every touch to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. It has 2 well-appointed bathrooms each with their own shower, a fully functioning kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The 4 queen bunks in the downstairs bunkroom (each big enough for 2 people) and the queen private bedroom upstairs are VERY comfortable. We slept great here each night! Be aware that this IS the country--so people who are weird about bugs should know that there will be bugs that come inside sometimes when you open the door at night. That's just what happens when you're out in nature. We actually thought it was charming, coming from the city. Overall, this is the homiest place we could have ever hoped to land in! We really fell in love with it and will DEFINITELY be back in the future."

  • Exceptional House in Park City

"We cannot say enough positive praise about our stay! The house is lovely, clean, cozy, and absolutely comfortable after a wonderful day of skiing. It's super convenient to Main St. shopping and restaurants -- walking distance from everything on Historic Main St. It's right at the top of Main St. and across from the Trolley, so very easy to get around and a quick trolley ride to the transit station and then a few minutes to Deer Valley by bus or car. The beds are comfy and the showers and bathrooms are modern and clean. Beautifully appointed home, with attention to details. Plus, we loved the hot tub in the back yard. Private and wonderful after a long day of skiing. The owners are a pleasure to work with and super responsive, although we didn't need a thing. Everything was perfect!"

  • Truly spectacular and memorable experience

"Me and my friends ( total of 6 families, 24 people ) planned Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion Nation Park trip and luckily for us, we were able to rent the Zion mountain villa for 4 nights stay (6/27 – 6/30). This villa is truly amazing, it exceeded everyone expectation in every way. Spectacular is the word that I would use to describe this house. The architectural design, high ceiling, open kitchen with 14 bar stools around the huge granite island, formal dinner room, 4 refrigerators within the premise, dish washer, laundry machines. It has everything that we needed for our stay. Other rental properties in this area pale to comparison. It sleeps 24 people comfortably. The villa has a beautiful path around the house that you can stroll and take pictures. You can see the sun rise and sun set from the huge outdoor patio. At night, we all sat in the patio and stared at the millions of stars twinkle in the dark sky. Believe or not, my photograph friend was able to take picture of the Milky Way. Me and others adult friends really enjoy watched Game of Thrones season 6 finale in the first class home theater equips with HD projector, big screen, crisp surround sound, and 8 super comfy theater sofas. You can play Pandora, satellite TV and songs from IPOD throughout the house with build in ceiling speakers. It’s about an hour 20 minutes’ drive to Bryce Canyon, 40 minutes’ drive to Zion, two and half hours’ drive to Grand Canyon North rim makes this villa an ideal location. You can use the pool in the Zion ponderosa ranch resort. There are more, the professional grade outdoor BBQ grill, the Jacuzzi, the fire pits, the list could go on and on. Above all, Brent the owner/manager of the villa and his team make the rental process a breeze. Thank you so much for your hospitality. It’s truly an amazing experience for each of us and the highlight of our trip."

  • Strategically located

"I stayed for 2 weeks with 5 nights of that shared with 2 other adults. Plenty of space and very efficient kitchen to accommodate breakfasts and some dinners. Perfect location to either walk or bus to PCMR. Walk to grocery and liquor stores. Walk or bus to town. In unit laundry more than compensated for no dishwasher. Owner provideo wood for the fireplace and the on balcony storage closet was great for stashing skis and large suitcases. Parking in the lot super easy, but a car is not really needed. Noise from deck stairs partially addressed by a white noise machine. Special touches, coffee, tea, spices in the cupboard and extra requests accommodated made for a very homey and comfortable stay. Highly recommended."
