  • Perfect Park City Location

"Our group of 6 cross country skiers stayed in Steven's condo for a week in January. The location was ideal for accessing various ski trails between Kimball Junction and Soldier Hollow and for grocery shopping. The condo is in great shape, well stocked with cooking utensils and the beds comfortable. The view from the condo is very nice! Steven responded quickly to my questions and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place and we hope to come back again."

  • Enjoyed our stay at Trailhead cabin

"Our family recently stayed in Bear Lake and rented the Trailhead Cabin. It was such a great place to stay! The cabin was clean and the property was well maintained. We enjoyed the kitchen and family seating areas and the extra deck out back was really nice. Our grandchildren had fun playing inside and outside the cabin. It was nice to have a map layout of the cabin ahead of time so we could plan for bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. It was helpful to have the extra fridge space downstairs and in the garage."

  • Close to the Slopes and Downtown

"I was traveling with a large party of people but found the home warm, welcoming, and spacious. There were four separate bedrooms all with multiple beds. The kitchen was clean and convenient for an early morning breakfast before jumping on the mountain. Quit-n-time was easily accessible from the house. We were able to walk with all of our equipment the two house lengths, clip in, and ride to Town Lift. Coming back at the end of the day was even nicer - especially after a hard day of skiing. I found that the close proximity to the mountain provided our group with flexibility and each member was able to customize their ski experience. Walking to downtown was also easy. A staircase sits next to the house and consists of three flights of stairs which empty directly onto Main Street. The walk home was a little tougher but made you feel as though you earned your dinner. Great stay and accommodating manager."

  • Great for a large family or group. Nice and close to Zion Canyon.

"Kids enjoyed the air hockey and two tvs so different age could watch at same time."
