  • Wonderful quaint house with lots of character

"Our stay at the Tuck-er Inn was as close to perfect as you could want. It was everything that we were looking for. The house is not new, but it is impeccably maintained with wonderful attention to detail... and has great character. It has all the amenities that we were looking for: lovely in-ground pool with a (blue?)stone deck, deck chairs and table surrounded by apple trees and lush landscaping; brand new (large and awesome) hot tub outside in another small deck; Sauna inside by the rec room; large deck behind the dining room with a grill and fire pit available to spend glorious evenings by the fire under the stars. We love fireplaces and the house has two: one in the dining room and one in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils, dishes, cutlery, etc. that we would need. My wife loved the center island for cooking. The house had lots of space for our group of 7, with lots of options to relax and unwind. The property is serene and secluded with majestic, tall trees surrounding the property... but yet just moments away from all of the cool places and things that the area has to offer. It's a great location within 5 minutes of Warren Village, Sugarbush and Waitsfield Village. The owner - Tom - was extremely helpful. He first notified us a couple of weeks before our stay that there was a problem with the pool and that it might not be available during our stay. When I made him aware of how important it was for our group to have a pool, he went out of his way and was able to get the pool repaired in time so that when we got there, it was ready to go. There are too many great things to mention about the Tuck-er Inn in this small space. All-in-all, we couldn't recommend this beautiful country home more highly. It's picturesque and quaint but with all of the amenities that you could want. Thank you Tom and Beth. My family will have fond memories of this vacation. Luis"

  • This house is exceptionally well equipped for family enjoyment. Kayaks, boards, and floats

"We spent ten days in VT visiting our daughters and this house was the perfect for us. Commanding views of Split Rock Mountain across the water, a protected dock for swimming and boating, and proximity to Basin Harbor, made this location a rewarding way to experience the Champlain valley. The house is relatively new, everything works, and the owner, Angela, was delightful to work with. Please give this house careful consideration if you are looking for a wonderful lakefront location."

  • Great ski house

"Second year in a row we stayed at this house. Very comfortable. Very clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved the gas fireplace, hot tub, large dining table. Plenty of room to spread out. 10 minutes to okemo. Highly recommend staying here. I am sure we will be back soon."

  • It was such a wonderful guest house with great hosts!

"The guest house was just as pictured. In addition, all the linens and soap, etc were top quality. We loved the breakfast foods especially the granola. We purchased the granola and several cleanser and soap products from the local merchants. The helpful information and the restaurant suggestions were great! The artwork was just beautiful and fun. We would recommend this guest house and hope to return someday. Jane & Ted Palm Beach Gardens, Fl"
