  • Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

"Blue Diamond was a perfect rental for us! We have been going to Killington for years and staying right near the mountain. In order to save a little money this year, we opted to rent a few miles away at Blue Diamond, but we weren't sure of the area or how we would like being further out. Blue Diamond was VERY easy to get to and not at all too far from the mountain! We had a storm while we were there, and both the roads and our driveway were taken care of/plowed promptly. House was clean and well stocked. WIFI worked great, as well as TV and stereo (we brought our music on a laptop and were able to connect it easily to stereo). We had 6 people in our party, but we could have easily fit more. Kitchen and family room had plenty of room for all. We would recommend Blue Diamond to anyone, but will certainly be looking into renting it again ourselves!"

  • Simple, but exactly what we were looking for in a ski house for a big group. 5 stars!

"The house is simple, but there are a lot (maybe 12 or so) beds and a big area for everyone to hangout, so it was perfect for a big group on a ski weekend. The kitchen has all the basics, but if you will need something specific, bring it. We cooked a big dinner for everyone and it went smoothly. Overall, we had a great time. Will definitely stay again."

  • Ready to Return!

"Had a most wonderful week staying at the Window House, welcoming the arrival of summer during a relaxing family vacation. Location was perfect - quiet at the end of the road, yet a quick drive to a race site in Hague, as well as restaurants and ice cream in Ticonderoga, the Fort, and the cable ferry ride to Vermont. Loved the different levels of decks and options of sun/shade outside. Easy to get our kayaks into the lake, and wonderful paddling opportunities, including a short distance across the lake to the base of Roger's Rock. Found some great hiking with rewarding views within 10-25 minute drive as well. Owner met us on arrival and at time of departure, reviewed lots of information about the home, and provided local maps and suggestions of area activities. We had a wonderful stay!"

"We (group of ~10, corporate retreat) had a fantastic overnight stay here! The property is beautiful and serene, and we were greeted with warmth and a pleasant tour before being left to our own devices. The Inn is usually a writer's retreat, and each bedroom is named for a literary figure, which everyone enjoyed. With a fire in the fireplace and 14 acres of snowy fields surrounding us, this was the perfect location for a team meeting. The next day, we were close enough to Sugarbush/MRG that everyone was able to have a leisurely cup of coffee before heading to the slopes for some skiing. Would eagerly come back again."
