  • The house is nicer than it appear in person

"When we pulled up to the house, it seem smaller in person but it was more beautiful in person. It was small but perfect for my family with five children. They all enjoyed the loft upstair with the two futon. The house has everything you need and you don't really have to bring anything else. The only downside that I don't like is the bugs and the deck. The bugs you can't really do anything about but the deck to be felt kind of unstable. I would guess it was probably from all the snow and rain and over time it would warped but it's ok, I had the children play on the grass anyways. There was lots of beautiful scenery and it was very peaceful , which is what we need. I would def come back."

  • Fantastic For Large Group

"We visited Jay with a group of 14 adults. The accommodations in the house were perfect. We bring all of our own food for the long weekend, so having two refrigerators was a huge help. We made use of the large grill outside and hand plenty of seating, plates and utensils for our meals. The space was open and welcoming for such a large group and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable with nothing lacking. The location was super easy being right off the Grammy Jay trail and very close to the Stateside Lodge where we left cars. If we get this same size group again next year, we'll plan to come to the same place."

  • Awesome vacation for a family of 7

"We spent 5 days at this house, and it was the perfect place for us. We have children ranging from 13 to less than a year old. Our older two children are on the autism spectrum who have very particular needs (fortunately we don't have problems with stairs), and there were lots of quiet places for them to go to for breaks. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were some dry staple foods that made things so much easier. There were baby gates and booster seats and a wooden high chair. The table could extend to seat all of us and guests. There were a collection of family friendly movies we could watch. We were thrilled with how everything worked out. I highly recommend for family with small children. Mike was great with prompt communication, and he let us know where all the baby supplies were. We would love to stay at this house again."

  • Great layout & Location

"Condo was as advertised with a great set up for a family. Located on the ground level so easy to get in and out with the luggage, ski gear and kids. Appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with condiments and everything necessary for meals at home. The shuttle service to the main lodge, water park, etc was fast and easy to arrange. Had a great time and will look to visit again next year."
