  • Very convinient, ski in/out, everything you need for ski vacation is close by

"Very nice place to spend several days, comfortable furniture in living room, based on my son's opinion sofa bed was good enough, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of books to read and some movies to watch, good HD TV with basic cable. The owner is very friendly and responsive, all necessary details about unit were provided, along with instructions located inside."

  • Convenient location - compact but well appointed

"Great location at the base of Sugarbush Access Rd. The apartment is compact - but well appointed. The two burner stove top was all we needed to make chili and hot chocolate - and the array of dishes, utensils, pans etc was sufficient (there's a microwave and toaster oven as well). Warren made good use of the small kitchen. Plenty of hot water (which is always nice after a day of skiing) for showers. And the layout of the living room with the sectional sofa was super comfy for reading. Only minor issue was on the weekend when more people were in the neighboring units, we could hear people coming in late at night and walking around early in the morning. But nothing more so than your regular hotel room."

  • Perfect

"This property is exactly as advertised, and my family could not have been happier with the experience. It was a perfect vacation for us (myself, wife, 4 year old son, 9 and 16 year old daughters). Every one of us enjoyed the kayaks, the peddle boat, and the entire house in general. There was more than enough room for all of us. We loved the drive down the dirt road to get to the house and greatly appreciated its seclusion. At the same time, there is a 24 hour Walmart, a Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, and a Subway 5-10 minutes away from the house. We did a pretty large food shop at Walmart the day we arrived and ate the majority of our meals at the house. We enjoyed making breakfast each morning and doing a lot of BBQing. It was a world of difference from most vacations where we've had to eat out for every meal and always seemed to rush from one thing to the other. We took a few awesome day trips including Ausable Chasm, the Ben and Jerry's Factory in Vermont, and Lake George Village. (If going into Vermont for the day, we suggest driving over the bridge and returning on the ferry, or vica versa...two different scenic routes). The owners were extremely easy to work with and also very responsive to all questions and concerns before, during and after our stay. If there was anything at all that wasn't perfect, it was the fishing from the dock. I'm sure it is because of the time of year I went, but the vegetation and growth so close to the shore made for nothing but the hooks getting caught up and dragging in all the weeds. We did catch a bunch of fish, though, once we took the poles with us out on the kayaks and peddle boat, past all the growth. The vast majority of things we did and places we went were all from the list of suggestions provided by the owners once you book with them. Nothing disappointed. It was all fantastic. So, we had an amazing, relaxing, and much needed vacation that provided an abundance of family time and allowed us to all really take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and really enjoy eath other. We look forward to staying here again in the future. - The McGowan's from Long Island, NY"

  • Nice place to stay!

"Nice place to stay at Sugarbush and in the Warren area. The home is as advertised, so you get what is expected, and Barbara was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
