  • Perfect ski condo for a large group

"The photos don't do it justice! The condo has been renovated and the kitchen fully opened up with a huge granite island and long farm table and all new stainless appliances. It was perfect for the couple of nights we stayed in and cooked. Everybody could gather easily with plenty of room to help out, socialize, play games, etc. The living area has new dramatic lighting and floor to ceiling bookshelves stocked with an interesting, intellectual library. The bedrooms layout gives plenty of privacy and the bathrooms are cute. Two of the bedrooms have private baths and the other two rooms share a jack-and-jill. We only rent a place this large once a year at Christmas, but if you have a group of friends or older college-age kids, this is a fabulous find and very comfortable even for a full week or more."

  • Everything we could have hoped for.

"Honestly, the place was just outstanding. Much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside, this charming & comfortable modern reinterpretation of a log cabin gives you gorgeous mountain views (and a large hot tub to enjoy them from), a beautiful, modern kitchen and family room area replete with big screen HDTV, 3 lovely bedrooms (each w/additional TVs) plus a fourth with two sets of bunk beds, 3 full baths, A/C everywhere but the basement (which in late August was both very much necessary and very much beloved by my family)... plus enough robust WiFi to keep our kids occupied while my wife and I stole out for a few hours to visit some of the area's finery breweries. Add in a great location just minutes north of downtown Stowe (and Idletyme Brewing and The Alchemist) and less than half an hour north of Waterbury and the highway (Ben & Jerry's HQ for the kids; the phenomenal Blackback Pub for my wife and I), and you've got the recipe for what was - as far as I can tell - the ideal long weekend in Vermont."

  • Perfectly appointed house in incredible location!

"We loved everything about our stay at Buffalo Trace! The house was modern, very clean, and so close to the mountain and the Von Trapp Brewery. We felt right at home and very comfortable the entire time. We look forward to returning."

  • Great quiet spot away from the bustle of town

"Great spot not far from downtown Stowe, but quiet and peaceful in the woods. The cabin had everything we needed a d was cozy and comfortable. Loved the small fenced yard in back where our dogs could romp. Claudia was lovely and clearly enjoys her guests-two footed and four. We will be back!"
