  • Great Location for VSF

"We recently stayed at this location for two weeks while at the Vermont Summer Festival. The close proximity to the show grounds and easy access to Manchester made this location ideal for our family. We stayed with our three young children (10 & under) and found there to be lots of space for everyone! We were able to spend time fishing in the bass pond, cooking on the BBQ or just relaxing inside when we weren't at the show. We were also very impressed with the responsiveness of the owners, even with our littlest questions. We felt they did everything they could to ensure we had a great vacation. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the VSF or other activities in the Vermont area."

  • Great place for a group getaway!

"We chose Krysta'a Vermont Mountain getaway home for our first annual friends' ski trip. The home was great. It had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and we never felt that we had to leave for entertainment. The pool table, hot tub, bar area and spacious dining area gave us plenty of space for games and conversation. We were able to grill and use the kitchen to prepare meals. The location was so close to mt snow, which was very convenient. There are two points of contention among the group, including hot water that smelled of eggs and allergens in the upstairs sleeping areas, which made showering interesting and caused one moderately adverse reaction in a friend sensitive to mold and dust. Overall, this home is a great space for a group getaway, and Krysta is very easy to communicate with to ensure that your trip goes smoothly."

  • Very nice ski house for a group of 12-14 people

"We had a group of 12 - this house was the perfect size and only 8-10 minutes away from Stratton mountain. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms."

  • Perfect place for a getaway

"I stayed here for a ski weekend with a group of friends, and I couldn't imagine a better place to stay. The house is massive. The main area with an open kitchen, dining room and living room with warm fireplace is a great spot for everyone to hang out. We cooked and ate meals together (there are plenty of folding chairs so more can squeeze in around the table), and spent most of our time in the big room. The kitchen had a good assortment of pots and pans which made it easy to cook big meals. The hot tub is hot, and larger than I expected, a great place to relax on the late night. We couldn't figure out how to work the sauna, but that was fine because again, we had the hot tub. The game room with pool table is also fun. There are so many beds and futons etc -- easy to see how it could sleep 18 without anyone having to be on an air mattress. Everything was clean and tidy, from the bathrooms to the linens, and there were spare pillows and blankets stacked all around the house for anyone sleeping on the sofa sleepers or such. The house is less than five minutes driving to Mount Snow ski area, as you'll see from the house's deck. So close and convenient. You could walk to the ski area if you were so inclined. Greg and Pat were excellent hosts-via-email; they answered all my questions promptly and mailed detailed house instructions and directions for our drive up. All in all, can't imagine a better place to stay for a friend reunion. Five stars!"
