  • Great location

"Place has everything. Pico is a smaller resort and lines at the lift were short."

  • A Perfect Place

"We couldn't have been happier with this farmhouse. The outside is as wonderful as the inside. We spent a weekend with our kids and grandkids while participating in a large family reunion. A regret was that because of all the reunion goings-on we didn't have enough time to explore and see all that's there. The owners went out of their way to be sure we were happy. Little touches were everywhere to enhance the visit. We highly recommend it!"

  • Clean, comfortable, quiet

"We (group of ~10, corporate retreat) had a fantastic overnight stay here! The property is beautiful and serene, and we were greeted with warmth and a pleasant tour before being left to our own devices. The Inn is usually a writer's retreat, and each bedroom is named for a literary figure, which everyone enjoyed. With a fire in the fireplace and 14 acres of snowy fields surrounding us, this was the perfect location for a team meeting. The next day, we were close enough to Sugarbush/MRG that everyone was able to have a leisurely cup of coffee before heading to the slopes for some skiing. Would eagerly come back again."

  • A relaxing weekend

"We were lucky enough to stay at this house for a couple days. The home is spacious AND cozy. We enjoyed checking out Rochester's little downtown and talking with some locals. Sandy's is a great place to hang out especially if you like books books and more books. There's a farm nearby with friendly goats and kittens everywhere. Only the strong should make that stop or you'll be leaving with a furry friend. We were too soon for snow sports but enjoyed walking around the property, relaxing on the hammock by the pond and the puzzles inside the house. A great getaway."
