  • Everything you want in the middle of no where

"Hidden in the mountain range of The Green Mountain National Forrest makes this home a treasure. The owners have done a wonderful job building a vacation home that is warm and inviting. Do not hesitate to stay here. 10 minute drive to Mad River Glen and only 15 to The Mt. Ellen lodge at Sugarbush."

  • Fantastic property, well managed, great location

"We loved the house; great for entertaining friends, very well maintained and managed and super convenient to the mountain and the town (with lots of good restaurants). Thanks Rayna for making everything perfect! We look forward to returning next ski season."

  • Perfect place to unplug and enjoy waterside and biking

"My wife and I stayed at this cottage in the summer of 2016 with our family. The place was a perfect fit for our 6 and 8 year old as they loved to play in the yard, jumpin the lake, explore with the canoe or rode down the dirt roads with their bikes. The cottage itself is very traditional and clean, nothing fancy but the new washer dryer was a plus as we did have a rainy day. There were day trips to shelburne farms museum and to middlebury. If I were to suggest what to bring, sunscreen, as July had strong sun and Bikes as the roads were empty most of the time."

  • Clean, comfortable, and very well equipped.

"I have been renting this Fayston property for approximately 5 years during the ski season. It is placed in excellent proximity to Sugarbush ski area and Mad River Glen my favorite. This house is extremely comfortable, clean, up to date, and well equipped which in my opinion can make or break a trip. You are generally never on vacation long enough and if you have to spend all your time running for an extra this or that it gets tiresome. We cooked in for breakfast and most dinners during our recent stay and it was a breeze. The post and beam construction is very appealing adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend you consider this property for your Mad River Valley getaway."
