  • Amazing house, scenic property

"We spent two nights. The house was great, very accommodating and the property is very scenic. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The house is only about 20 minutes from Southern Tier Brewery."

  • Great family get away,

"Enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend with all the comforts of home! Everything was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything imaginable to cook with including plenty of dinnerware to feed a large group! The property was very scenic with access to Kettle Moraine trails just down the road."

  • Riverwalk Cabin!

"We had an excellent time at Riverwalk Cabin! It has immediate access to the Creeper Trail without getting into your car. Within a very short walk there is a café located on the Creeper Trail at the Alvarado Station. A nice park on the Holston River is across the street from the Alvarado Station. We ate breakfast at the café. It was healthy delicious food with excellent down home service. We did take the bike shuttle to Whitetop and rode from Whitetop down to Damascus. Had an excellent ride! The weather was just perfect. On another day we rode right from the cabin towards Abingdon a few miles. There is an awesome trestle on this route! We want to return and ride all the way to Abingdon. Had great BBQ in Abingdon! We all had a really great time! Thanks for allowing us to rent your cabin!"

  • Great location for fishing and for exploring the Sacandaga region of NY!

"The house was large enough to hold our group. Downstairs bathroom was easily accessible for our elderly friends. Tons of chairs on the big deck as well as large tables make it easy for everyone to sit down together. Large kitchen table was perfect for card games with everyone. The fishing was great and the public boat launch is close by. The dock has a bench and a slide and both got lots of use. Saratoga Springs is a short drive and Lake George wasn't too much further so we got to spend time at both while not being away from the lake house for too long. Excellent stay, hope to be back next year!"
