  • Perfect family vacation

"You could not ask for a more beautiful setting to relax and unwind. Linda and Gary are just wonderful. They have a lovely home with more than enough space for our family of 7. The kids had a ball crabbing every day as well spending time kayaking. I enjoyed early mornings on the dock just watching the birds while enjoying a cup of coffee. Don't hesitate to choose Seagull Retreat for your next vacation. You will not be disappointed!!!"

  • Is a amazing cabin and the back view spectacular

"My family fall in love with this property. Is very good for a family. We want to come back. The manager was helpful. Suggest to have laundry. Big trash can. And improve air conditioner in all rooms. We enjoyed."

  • An excellent place to visit off the beaten track

"If you like to stay someplace where people actually 'live' instead of a stipped-bare shell of a house and if you like to be 'away from it all' in a beautiful setting alongside a tributary to the Chesapeake Bay with all the comforts of home then Festive Point is for you. One lane roads yet within a few minutes of a Food Lion and several excellent local restaurants yet down a long driveway surrounded by fields of soy beans and a well-groomed lawn. Make sure you go out after dark and take a look at the sky you can't see back home - stars galore! Allison and Chip were great hosts and everything just worked; from the internet to the satellite TV to the AC. Thanks for sharing your home guys!"
