  • A Lovely Winter Weekend Away

"We had 2 couples and 2 dogs staying here and were very comfortable. We love that this place is pet-friendly - they even had an extra dog bed and designated dog towels, which was perfect for our pups after we got back from a snowy hike in Lake Wenatchee State Park up the road. For a winter weekend, the hot tub was amazing (can't beat a beautiful lake and mountain view from the tub). There was a stocked woodshed ready for us and it was lovely to cozy up in front of the wood stove in the living room. Overall, we had a great time and I highly recommend this place - I would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the backyard fire pit and the nearby recreation options. We didn't make it to Leavenworth but it's proximity should be a draw to people looking to stay here."

  • Great wrap around deck

"Cabin was roomy with a down home feel. Everything is in excellent condition. Fully stocked kitchen with spices and major appliances. Bedrooms are well appointed with cozy and comfortable beds. Clean and well maintained. The process for reserving was efficient and the HomeAway platform provided comprehensive information that was very useful. We had 7 people in our group and all of us agreed the cabin made our experience memorable and very comfortable. Thank you ML"

  • Great Weekend Get-away

"A great experience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. This is the 3rd Kahler Glen condo we've stayed at and by far in the best condition. Very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Quiet in the winter. Nice fireplace, but remember to bring your own firewood, starter and matches. Ski and snowshoe trails right outside the condo unit. The only downside was that it's a 2nd floor unit, so kids couldn't just walk out the back patio to play in the snow, but that was minor. Lake Wenatchee is about 20 minutes away on skis (at my pace) and about 4 minutes by car. You need a SnoPark pass, but the groomed sledding hill is a hit for kids and adults."
