  • Exceeded expectations- Phenomenal location, convenience & customer service!

"I've had many great experiences with vacation rentals, property managers and owners (some not as great), but this one has set the bar even higher. From my very first correspondence with Kristie, I found her to be very warm and accommodating. I had told her that we (myself and a friend traveling separately) would be there to watch my daughter perform in the parade. She immediately set to work researching the parade route and street closures so that we could access our reserved parking (lets take a moment to appreciate the included parking--HUGE convenience in a town like LW!), she let me know the best time to arrive and then made sure she was there to guide us both to our parking, which during parade time could have been a real nightmare but instead was super easy and angst free. Check in isn't until 3PM and the parade started at noon. Kristie surprised us with an early check in as soon as we arrived so that we could have the absolute best view of the parade from the balcony of our unit! I can't thank her enough. We spent a single night and she put more time and effort into us than she needed to, she never once made me feel like a pest despite my being annoyingly needy and was very speedy with her response time to my barrage of questions. For that alone, her space will always be my first choice when visiting. That's not all though! There's still the space itself-- The unit was lovely, tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. I usually feel the need to wash dishes before using them when I rent, and I didn't even do that this time. If you know me, you are wowed right now ;) The location of the unit is likely the best in town. The gazebo is directly across the street. From the balcony, you can enjoy all of the park/street entertainment, people watch and take in the views of LW. It's GORGEOUS. You can hear the music and clinking of horse hooves from the living room. The sounds are joyful background sounds and not at all annoying, I can't imagine anyone being in LW and not enjoying them. However, if quiet is what you are looking for, I didn't hear a thing with the bedroom door closed. There is that reprieve from the noise below come bedtime. The beds were also very comfortable. I really have nothing negative to say. Even check out was a breeze, no long list of chores typical with a rental. Kristie, thank you again for your hospitality. We loved every minute of our short stay. We can't wait to return, for longer next time!"

  • Very cozy cabin getaway!

"The cabin was spacious and very well decorated in nature themes which we really enjoyed. It was clean throughout the cabin and well stocked in the kitchen with lots of pots and pans for cooking. Also they provided lots of paper towels and toilet paper which was very nice. There was lots of movies and games and even toys for the kiddos. Our daughter was excited to find a huge doll house in one of the closets. The ping pong and hot tub were a great addition to the cabin. The yard is not fully fenced which would have been nice for our dog. The cabin is 3 stories with the bunk room located on the very bottom floor (rec room) which my 4 year old wasn't thrilled about, as it was very far from the master loft on the very top floor of the cabin. But she was a brave girl and slept down there all week with a few lights left on for comfort. Overall the cabin was great and would accommodate a large family or small family. Not far from Leavenworth (about 20 min drive) and a 5 minute drive to Lake Wenatchee. You'll enjoy this cabin if you choose to book your trip here."

  • Perfect Get Away - Remote Feeling But Close to Everything

"This cabin is the perfect get away spot - it's only about 2 hours from Seattle, and it makes a great home base whether you are planning on visiting Lake Wenatchee (a stone's throw from the cabin), Steven's pass (minutes away), or Leavenworth (only about a half hour away). The cabin is perfect for hosting large groups - the layout accommodates cooking for big groups, and there is plenty of seating and "hang out" space for everyone. I've stayed other places that have lots of sleeping capacity, but not a lot of common area space for during the day/evening. You won't have that problem with this home. The kitchen is fully stocked - just bring your food. The beds are comfy, and all the other details have been seen to - extra towels, board games, bbq, fire pit, washer/dryer, game systems -- anything you might need. I would highly recommend staying at this home. In addition to the cabin being great, the owner was very easy to work with and was very responsive. Thanks Dan!"
