  • McIntosh Madness - Family Retreat

"We have 17 total with 3 toddlers ... it was fabulous - the men had such a great time playing in the game room. The hot tub and sauna were a huge hit! Rooms were fabulous ... and the kitchen! WOW .. We are ready to return in the summer to enjoy the grounds and all the activities! Shannon was so responsive during the whole planning process and follow-up."

  • Wonderful for a winter getaway for 2 couples

"This cabin was a perfect size for 4 people (and allowed us to bring our dog!). The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you can think of, and there was some extra travel sized toiletries in the bathroom. Conveniently located near winter activities and the river running along it provides great ambiance and drowns out the sound of the highway. If you are looking for a grocery store you'll need to drive 15 miles so make sure you grab everything you need if you don't want to go on a mission during your stay."

  • Fun Cabin!

"We stayed here with 2 adults and 3 children. The kids LOVED the cabin. They loved the upstairs loft, games available, and the fire pit was a hit. The kitchen was fulled stocked with the pots/pans/utensils needed to cook all of our meals. The beds were comfortable with comfy bedding. We appreciated that we were able to bring our dog. While you're in a neighborhood it was relatively quiet. It was a nice walk to the creek. Packwood was a great place to kick off hiking to Packwood Lake (dog friendly) and to Rainier (which is not). We'd like to go back to visit Mt St Helens. Overall, I'd recommend this for families. Not if you have very small children (keeping them from climbing the stairs would be difficult)."
