  • Wonderful, well equipt home.

"We very much enjoyed our three day stay. The home is turn key. The only thing we needed to bring was food and beverage. It would have been helpful to have more detail about trash and recycle. Great location to skiing at the pass. Our only complaint was the rain in March!"

  • Wow!!

"Vivica and Patrick's Chalet at the Summit in Snoqualmie Pass was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Cozy, warm, inviting, immaculately clean and well stocked with anything we might have needed. Waking up to the puffs of snow gently falling, it was so quiet and peaceful. The views of the trees out the gigantic picture windows were amazing. I could literally have sat there all day. The fireplace was huge and beautiful. It has a wood stove insert, which made it easy to build a fire that lasted the whole day without much work. Her wood is really dry too, and she has lots of kindling stocked there, so it was simple. Our kids loved the bunk bed and exploring the loft. We did a lot of cross country skiing, so watching movies at night was a big hit. The cabin has a small selection, as well as a few X-box games. It also has a small pool table and things like puzzles and games. We were very comfortable and very happy. We would have stayed forever were it not for real life to go back to. Some tips if you decide to book: Bring crampons--those things to put on your shoes so you can walk on ice. The walk to and from where you park can be treacherous in places. It's basically ice in certain spots and if you're like we were, you'll be carrying a lot of things. And, the walkway is supposed to be between 2 'posts' but they are actually more like sticks, like you might see on those tiki lamps you can buy at the store, minus the tikis. And, we found the sledding Sno-Park at Hyak near the Iron Horse Trail to have a very similiar tubing experience as the place where you pay to go tubing. The difference is you have to walk back up the hill by yourself instead of riding the magic carpet when you want to go back down. Save your money!! Enjoy!! And Thank you Ms. Vivica!"

  • Everything and More

"This place was ideal for a winter weekend in the mountains! Owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. It's a beautiful home in very close proximity to everything in Leavenworth at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again. We will be back!"
