  • Loved it !!!

"We loved this place! We stayed here the last 2 nights of our week long travels in Olympic National Park. It was so peaceful sitting on the covered porches listening to the river and the birds. A fabulous place to get away and relax and a good base for exploring this side of the peninsula. The mountains, the Hoh & Bogachiel rainforests and the ocean beaches are spectacular. We were a party of 6, ages 14-72, and everyone loved it. The first thing the teenagers said when they walked in was "this place smells so good". This cabin is adorable! We loved the large comfy couch & chair and the warm and cozy feeling you get from this cabin. The kitchen & bath have absolutely everything you need. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with clean, soft linens and good pillows, and each bedroom had it's own thermostat which was nice. Brenda and her family have a great little hide-away and I'm so glad they are willing to share it with others. Brenda is so friendly and easy to work with; we had to change our check-in date by one day and it was taken care of quickly and easily. I highly recommend Fisherman's Hollow! It would be perfect any time of year. We'll definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your cabin :)"

  • Woodland cozy, ocean breezy, great surf and company!

"A group of 12 of us travelled from Canada (some Ontario, most BC) for a long-weekend reunion and surf. There are 10 sleeping spots in the cabin, but plenty of room in the living room for our blow-up mattress (bring extra sheets and pillows if so). The property itself is gorgeous: up the long(er) drive-way stands the wrap-around porch, surrounded by green forestry and a few garden plots. It's a quick 10mins drive to La Push (beach), where we had epic waves (up to 6ft). Grocery stores are limited, so pick-up your goods in Port Angeles. There was plenty of wood either left behind, or made available to us, for goodnight chats by a fire. This was a highlight as mosquitoes were few and far between. The neighbours are closer than you may think, the kitchen is well stoked with staple goods, there's a bbq and an outdoor patio set! Definitely an epic spot for a group getaway, and we noted a children's play area behind the cottage, too!"

  • Wonderful place.

"You feel as if you are in the deep woods but you are only yards away from the highway. Beautiful view of the Sol Tuc River from the living and master bedroom."

  • Very nice cozy, clean, well supplied cabin

"This was a great cabin to stay in as a basecamp for fishing area rivers. The place is very cozy, comfortable and quiet. The owners live next door. They are very friendly, and responded to all email questions pre-trip promptly. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this part of the Olympic Peninsula."
