"We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious and had an amazing view. We had a glich w the TV and Jeanne and her husband were immediately available to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

  • Our stay at Gabels Beach House

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have used Bloomer Estates for our vacation and both times we have completely enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the privacy of this home and how it had it's own path down to the beach. Gabels had a really nice homey feel to it and we would love to return. The only problem we had was finding it at first. Our GPS took us to a different spot at first and then as we drove around we finally found it, but it took us a little bit because the address was so small. Other then that everything was great. Thanks, Lora"

  • Beautiful house

"We loved our stay at the All Seasons Waterfront Villa on the Hood Canal. It's an absolutely beautiful area, and the house is right on the water with a large yard, steps leading down to the beach, and fantastic views over the canal and the hills beyond. The house is large and very well-appointed; three full bedrooms, two full baths, and enough separation between the master bedroom and the others so people can spread out a bit and have some privacy. Hiking, biking, kayaking, and other adventures await in the surrounding area. Just up the road is Kayak Brinnon, where we rented kayaks and gear to go crabbing, catching ourselves some nice red rock crab for dinner. There's only a few downsides. First, the area is fairly remote, and it's at least a 30-minute drive to the nearest proper grocery store (not including a gas station a mile or so up the road). Come prepared since there's no quick dash to the store to grab something you forgot. Second, the house comes without any cable or satellite TV service, and no real DVD collection to speak of. Bring a laptop (the Internet works fine) and an HDMI cable so you can play your own movies on the TV. Third, the hot tub is great but during our stay the thermostat was not working properly, and was overheating -- we found that leaving the cover off for a few hours would let it cool down."
